In that the orbit of the earth is elliptical and not round, and the Sun is positioned off centered, this results in changes in relative degrees of light,

heat and moisture in the firmament whereby creating four Seasons.

What types of light sensors are there which regulate this biologic clock?

The change of intensity of the light sources is a sign that regulates day / night 24 hr. cycle.

The changing pulsating images of the lesser light shining in the midst of darkness seen each month are signs that regulate the

months. The change of the length of the day light time period from

longest to shortest and then the lack of change are the signs that plays the greatest role for the regulation of the four seasons.

The equaling of the longest day light with the next longest day light is a sign of the year cycle.

How do these seven time clocks that govern the universe relate to the human organism?

Within the Pineal Gland each of these seven cycles are governed by light. Within the 24 hr.

biologic cycle, all of the components of the other six cycles are incorporated in it.

Growth Hormone pulsates approximately every 2 hrs day and night much like the

monthly lunar cycle that governs Cortisol the daylight hormone and melatonin, the

nightlight hormone. Cortisol the daylight hormone governs Melatonin the nightlight

hormone. Melatonin the lesser light governs the release Growth Hormone.

The pineal gland produces a hormone

called melatonin.The principal function

of melatonin is to signal the brain to fall asleep,

Furthermore, this biologic clock is equipped with two great light

receptors, the greater called Cortisol to rule the day and the lesser called

neurotransmitter called Vitamin D which rules over the day and night,

and to divide the light from darkness, and God saw that it was good.

us to turn on and shut off the lights, we need something or someone to do it.

BIOLOGIC CLOCK. BIOLOGICALLY SPEAKING, THIS CLOCK

IS SYNCHRONIZED WITH SEVEN CYCLES: THE DAILY CYCLE, THE

It has been proven that artificial lighting reduces hours of sleep. Reduction in hours of

sleep at night suppresses growth hormone levels in

animals.The lack of sufficient growth

hormone may result in truncalobesity, premature ageing,

short stature in children and abnormal glucose metabolism.

WHAT ARE SOME OF THE BENEFITS OF SLEEPING WITH LESSER LIGHT?

When the sun goes down, the body liberates a hormone called melatonin. Melatonin induces sleep naturally.

Levels of melatonin are greater at the beginning of sleep and then in the early morning the levels drop.

When we stay up late after the sun goes down, this offsets the balance in the immune system and makes us tired.

Artificial lights and stimulants interfere with the wake / sleep cycle.

When we are tired and worried and we do not sleep, the body has difficulty in repairing itself.

This phase usually begins about 90 minutes after falling asleep and reoccurs in intervals until completing 2 hours.

This phase is inhibited by caffeine, tobacco, tranquilizers, antidepressants and alcohol.
