Workshops

We welcome abstract submissions for workshops of 60 minutes on the conference’s theme of making a difference: the impact of health and social care research. Workshops should have clear overall objectives and we encourage the use of interactive and engaging formats and allowing for delegates to participate in the discussion.

Oral presentations

We are offering the opportunity to express an interest in presenting during one of the five parallel streams at the conference. Presentations should be no longer than 10 minutes, all parallel streams will close with a Q&A led by the session’s Chair. All oral presentations should showcase the conference’s theme.

If you are not accepted to present, you may be offered the opportunity to display a poster.

Posters

Submissions are welcome from anyone and posters that are accepted for display will be shown at the Health and Care Research Wales conference in the poster area. All abstracts will be reviewed by a panel, who will judge each entry on it’s relevance to the conference theme. We encourage applications that have a novel approach to poster presentation, and particularly welcome those focused on Health and Care Research Wales’ funded projects and initiatives.
