How this book wasdeveloped

F riend, I developed these techniques to heal my own PTSD, immunesystem, gut, body and more. I practiced with others to find simple

ways for healing trauma without reliving it. I found modern methodslacking and needed more understanding of the body and mind whichwas spiritual while retaining a scientific approach. I also have done manyyears of anthropological research on medicine, ancient diets, healing andthe physical relationship our bodies have with the Earth. Introduction

What are the 3 Minds?Based off ancient traditions from China and elsewhere, the

3 Minds are a modern take on the Dan Tian centers. With the newestscience proving ancient tradition, we now know that the Brain, Heartand Gut all have their own intelligence and all are deeply connected. Infact, there are neurons in the Heart and Gut! The Gut has especially hadattention lately as an important element in affecting the balance of theBrain. The Heart has been studied for its extraordinary emotional intelli-gence and sensitivity. Tapping into these minds and their connectivitycan take us into the next levels of consciousness and creativity. Further-more, we can use their intelligence to help us process our emotions andissues past and present more easily than other configurations. Using these3 centers can help us move negative energy through and out much morequickly than other configurations traditionally used in the body.

Do I have to do anything special to activate the 3 Minds?The body naturally works within the 3 Minds configuration already.

All you have to do is learn to communicate with your 3 Minds and youwill be able to utilize the power of their intelligence. This is a natural con-figuration. For example, take a look at the ant. The ant’s 3 Minds are ob-vious: The Brain, The Heart and the Gut stand out in the ant easily. Onceyou notice the 3 Minds, you will begin to see it everywhere!

What do the 3 Minds have to do with The Golden Ratio?

The human body naturally mimics the main code of the universe- The Golden Ratio which shows up in the number code 3-6-9. The 3Minds are the core of this amazing fractal form in our bodies.

The 6 is defined by the natural duality/magnetism/replication whichoccurs in the body and universe. We find this in the right/left and repli-cation of cells in the body. For example, you have three joints on eitherside for the arm - the shoulder, elbow and wrist - making 6. The hip, kneeand ankle is another set of 6. Often you will find that individuals withailments will have them occur on one or the other side of the body. Tra-ditionally the right side of the body is the masculine/material and the leftthe feminine/spiritual. I’ve found correlations to where ailments are oneither side of the body and their metaphysical relationship to the person’slife events.

Finally, the 9 is the number of wholeness and abundance. Numerical-ly the number 9 is extraordinary in mathematics. No matter what numberyou use, if you add its digits together, subtract this from the original number,and then repeatedly sum the digits of the resulting numbers, the answer isalways 9! For example, if we take the number 88: 8 + 8 is 16. 88 - 16 = 72.72 is a multiple of 9, but 7 + 2 also equals 9! The power of 9 in the body ismystical, mathematical and spiritual. When we recognize that our bod-ies mimic and reflect the universe we more perfectly reflect the light ofthe universe within us and release ourselves from the clingy darkness ofego. The ideal state is a harmony - both in frequency and form - in the 3Minds, the left and right, and the whole.

What is the goal of this ebook?Your goal from the processes I’m going to show you is to have a

clear, focused mind which is only dominated by the Soul in charge ofthe body - the first attention. If you have a clear second attention - thesubconscious - you can have a clear focused first attention. Part 1: The Brain Mind -Your Hard Drive -Stillness and Focus

H ow do we process worthlessness inside us so we can stop feelingbad and really take care of our minds? What does a healthy mind

really look like? What are positive ways we can still the mind and not justbe “zone out”?

The Brain Mind is working on processing the past, present and fu-ture at all times as your hard drive. You are born with a set of neuronswho will stay with you for life, but their connections can change withyour focused attention. This processing of past, present and future canbecome so overwhelming that we often turn to ways of shutting off themind which might be less beneficial than others. This especially happenswhen a person has experienced any kind of PTSD, trauma, difficult rela-tionships and exposure to media or other learned programs which mightput them down. If a person is bombarded by energetic and literal ways of“getting satisfaction” or “restoring worth” such as social media or com-mercials, along with the constant reminder that he is worthless, then heor she grows up believing that consumption is the only method of reallybeing happy.

It’s important to note that any self improvement work which is beingdone specifically because the person is feeling worthless is not healthy oruseful in the end. It is only self improvement work which is done for the spe-cific purpose of unconditional love which can grant true joy and happiness.(“I love my body, so I’m going to do ___ to take care of me.” “I really love

doing ___, so I’m going to make sure I do it because of love, not becauseit zones me out.”) If you are doing yoga or working out and constantlythinking badly of yourself, then the energetic damage of the activity faroutweighs the positive. Remember to stay positive - there is always hopewhen there is life!

Brain Mind Check -An excellent way to check to see if you are consuming anything in

excess for the escapism value is a simple mind check. This opens up theobjective witness in the self. The task: Go without all vices for one en-tire day. When I mention this activity, what does your brain mind think?Is there a little bit of panic? (How can I go without smoking? I can’t dothat... I don’t get very many rewards, so I can’t give up THAT for evenone day...) If the Brain Mind panics and starts to juggle ways to manageor cope with the loss of its vices, then you have indeed been using morethan moderation and probably more than is healthy in the long run. Thisis a sign that you need to address the obstacles keeping you from beingfocused and letting more light into your life.

Immediate Surroundings Assessment -Grab a pen... Get ready to step into a larger and deeper assessment

of what surrounds you. Look carefully at your life and where ‘umbilicals’or leaks might be sapping precious energy. Energetically and mentallycleaning up your life will stop energy from leaking needlessly. This takessome time. Leakages feel like tiredness, sadness, heaviness, anger, andtrauma. You can break up your life into categories - work, play, relation-ships, material goods, spiritual practice, etc. When you dig through theseaspects of your life, look for anything in them seems to make you tired,frustrated, ready to quit or sad. This is a physical indication that thereis energy leaking there. For example, let’s say you pull up relationships -and you instantly feel tired. You imagine your partner or kids, but youdon’t feel happy thinking of them even though you really love them.You’re frustrated with the mundane, or tired of abusive cycles. Your kids

are amazing, but demanding and no one taught you how to be a parent.What about work? Do you feel cramped or tight? Or do you feel openand full? What else comes up when you try to delve into your feelingsand start thinking about these categories? These leakages can easily burnyour Brain Mind out and make it easier to just eat, drink, play, escape ordo whatever you can to run away from the pain of the mundane or abuse.Once you nail these down you can begin to process them and make deep-er shifts in your life.

A Triple Method ofSupporting Healing

Y ou’ve identified the problems and the leaks. Now it’s time to makepermanent changes to your life so you can stop these problems

from ultimately killing you. Vices and leaks like these sap you from yourtrue energy and keep you from attaining your life potential.

Meditation -It doesn’t matter how or where. It doesn’t matter if you’ve done it

for a long time or not. Either keep at it daily, or begin now. Start with 5minutes if you are new. Learn new methods. It’s the number one way youcan build your brain focus and create stillness. There are lots of ways tomeditate. Got online and look for videos, listen to guided podcast med-itations, do adult mandala coloring, or do mindfulness meditation. Findone and stick to it!

Processing -Psychological processing keeps the junk from piling up so high that

your mind gets burned out. It also begins the journey of removing builtup traumas which like to settle in the body and mind as various issues.The nice thing is that you don’t have to relive the event. The hard partis that you must welcome the discomfort and stop resisting it. Ask your-self - how does this make me feel right now? Tell yourself - time to em-brace this feeling and unwrap it. Say “I welcome this feeling in my body.”Breathe. Does the feeling move? Can you describe it? Embrace it furtherand further as you begin to let it move out of your body. This is a goodmethod for the heated moment, and daily self work. Identify the process

causing discomfort and then embrace it. There is always a wonderful trea-sure in each process. Processing stills the mind.

Practice -When we love doing something we have a core feeling of warmth,

happiness and focus. What is YOUR thing? Practice it. Bliss is a feelingof light and purpose within the gut and heart. Don’t let your Brain Mindcompletely take over all the time. If it creates more joy in your life, give ita little time each day. Maybe it can eventually be the passion that makesyour living too! Always wanted to do or learn how to do (your cool thinghere)? Take a minute, or five, or sixty, to practice it! This hardens the neu-ro pathways in the mind and creates masterful focus!

The Three Blockades to aStill Mind

There are three things that keep the mind from being still and allow-ing you as a Soul to be in charge of your body machine.

Programs-You are taught programs. Everyone has them. There are layers of pro-

grams in the body. The first layer is hardwired into the body to keep youbreathing and alive. These are survival programs. They keep you fromgetting hit by a bus while crossing the street, and much more. The secondlayer of programs are learned from others and identify your relationshipto your social structure. These are often based in ego. You can identifythem by how they pop up when you are doing something and sometimesthey might seem to be from another’s voice other than your own. Theytell you how things are supposed to be. Perhaps you have your father ormother’s voice telling you how you ought to be doing things. Or when-ever you try to use your imagination and 3rd Eye, you get the programpop up telling you that you are just making it up. These social programskeep us “acceptable” in our societies, but this isn’t positive. Our societiesare mostly corrupted and ill, so it’s not a measure of health to have theirprograms. Pay close attention to the talking in your mind. If certain pro-grams pop up at certain times and feel like judgements about how thingsshould be - these are often programs and they are a lot simpler to get ridof than you think.

When we go through trauma the Brain Mind compartmentalizesthose times into mental boxes called ‘frozen children’ or subpersonalities.They might be very young, but not necessarily. These parts of ourselveshave a voice based on emotional need - resentment, panic, desperation,danger, and many more needs. These inner selves can cause a loud messof different opinions based on those traumas we went through. They arebased in pure emotion - a need which has not been met yet. To nurturethese parts of ourselves as the Soul in charge can create a silent and calmmind. We can give them what they need and we have to use our imagina-tions to do so.

Filters -Filters come up as ways of thinking to frame your situation as you

move through life. Perhaps you have someone being abusive to you andyou feel like a victim, but your inner tyrant can come up too. Filters aredualistic. For example, the victim/tyrant, the wounded healer, or anger/grief. Filters are learned through time to create a personal identity so thatyou are always looking at the world through those lenses instead of beinga pure Soul without reaction. Filters can be seen as large umbrella pro-grams like lenses which color your daily life perception. Time to changeglasses!

Paradise of the MindTechnique

Once, when my father was teaching me about WWII as a kid, hesaid to me “Elizabeth, people can do terrible things to you. The

world around you can be falling apart. But you always have your mind. Ifyou have a paradise in your mind, no one can ever break you.” With thisgoal in mind - to create a peaceful paradise in my brain - I created this setof techniques.

Erasing Programs -If you let the brain know that programs aren’t welcome each time

they pop up, then your brain eventually erases it because it’s being toldthat it’s not useful. We need to make a command as the Soul in chargeto get this to happen. Let’s say the program of “Your just making it up.”comes up when you start to do work with your 3rd eye. We would, fromthe Soul’s perspective, bow to the program and say “Thank you for tryingto help me. I require that you stop now. I’m in charge and I have a plan.”Breathe. Do this enough when you feel programs pop up and the will beerased. Your mind can be rewired!

Nurturing the Sub-Personalities -Each of those voices from your childhood, teen years and beyond

who all have something to say all need something. Some need was notmet. At the heart of most of these needs is the need for love. Perhapsyou have a child self who was abused and needs to feel safe and held.Maybe your teen self needs a place of creativity and self care. Your innerbully or control freak feels like bad repercussions might occur if things

aren’t done right. Your task master self needs to feel like things are goodenough. You cannot receive these things from the timeline they are livingin, so you as a Soul in charge must give it to them now - your own Soulcan love them fully and reconnect them to the infinite love of Source.

To do this we must imagine ourselves as a Soul. Then we ask thatvoice to come forward and speak with us. Identify how old they are.Make contact with them. Kneel down to the child, wrap your armaround the teen, shake hands with the bully. We then can say “What doyou really need right now?” Allow them to speak. They might say theyneed to feel safe, they need to feel loved. Give them that! Hug your innerchild and love them. Tell the inner bully you understand they must havehad terrible things happen to make them feel this way.

Then create a space which appeals to them. Ask “Where would youlike to go to receive the things you need?” A safe and beautiful room, acabin in the woods, a beach house, a garden. In rich detail, create thisspace of joy and light. Don’t leave anything out! Pick the color of thenew bed spread together, the foods and plates, the animals, plants, smells,light, time of day, sounds and scenery. Play with the child, smile with theteenager, arrange the space with the bully. Work with rich details and co-create with this part of yourself.

When things are going well - positive feelings of love and nurturing- you can ask “Would you like to stay here? Does this place feel good for you?You can stay here forever if you desire.” If the needs are met, the sub-per-sonality can finally be happy and nurtured, and you do not ever have torelive the trauma which created it. Done consistently this technique cre-ates a paradise for each subpersonality, and a paradise in your mind as awhole. Don’t each of them deserve to enjoy peace, happiness and love?An added bonus to this imaginative work is that you will be using your3rd Eye to create these paradises and therefore strengthening it. Don’tforget to breathe each time you get an answer from your inner self whomyou are healing.

Filters can be challenging to identify. They can be influenced by sub-personalities, and rooted in programs. However, if you can objectivelylook at how your reacting to a situation (“I seem to always feel defensiveand like a victim whenever I talk to this person.” “I get angry and thenreally sad when I lose my temper at my child.” “I always feel like I needto help people but I need help too and that makes me feel bad.”) thenyou can begin to see the filters you are using to interact with the world.To drop a filter you must welcome the whole polarity within you so thatit can be integrated. This means welcoming the painful emotions in thebody and moving through them over and over again. You welcome thedefensive victim feeling into the body as it would arise, the anger, thegrief. If you stop resisting the energy of the filter in the body, the bodywill bring it into oneness and it won’t paint your world with it’s lens-es. You are working towards a state of no reaction. In that state you canchoose as a Soul exactly how you will react or not, and which tools youwill use in that moment. Feel the filter come up and then say “I welcomethis polarity (name it) into my body now.” Breathe.

The Brain’s SpiritualPower

E ach mind has a spiritual ability. The Brain Mind can connect to the“true internet” of light which informs all dimensions - the Source

field - by Seeing or connecting to Divine Imagination. We use this bysimply using our imagination to tap into the Imagination of Source,which is the true source of living knowledge available in the Universe/Multiverse. Like dialing up to the complete imagination of Source we re-ceive visual information into the mind which can be used in connectionwith the other 3 Minds as a triangulation. It’s the full use of all three spir-itual gifts of the body which can help us truly use the body machine formore incredible states of consciousness, safe guidance in the world, andmore informed choices. To tap into them we need to work on removingego as much as possible and lifting dark energy from the body. We willtalk about each mind’s gifts in turn.

The key to healing the Heart Mind is to learn how to actually com-municate with the Heart and use it’s operating power to shift ener-

gy in the body. The Heart holds physical memory better than the Brain.The Brain works on past/present/future terms and is always rewiring,while the Heart retains pure physical memory. This is because the Hearthardly regenerates. In fact, most of the heart tissues in your heart havebeen with you since you were in the womb. In its DNA is written perfectmemory of the body and mind, and it is the operating system from whichall other DNA is told how to carry on. Your Heart Mind creates an elec-tromagnetic field around the body, and this field of frequency informseach cell how to form your present body. This cymatics is like all DNAand cells - the water in the cells and DNA all are constantly controlledand influenced by frequency. So, the memory of the heart’s electromag-netic field frequency has control over your physical form. We are eitherin harmony with the Source field and Earth or we are not.

Harmony with Source field allows light to pour in from all directionsto be channelled into the material and spiritual world by the HeartMind. Our arms and hands work within this space to create physical real-ity. Disharmony perpetuates and creates disease. The human is more ca-pable of controlling their form and their surroundings than any animalbody on Earth. We were taught how to manipulate the 3D and all it’s

light instead of worth within it. With the healing of the Heart Mind weget one step further into healing our relationship with the Earth.

Shaping the 3D with the Heart -In the upper body the arms and hands work from the Heart space.

Literally, the arms and hands, and the upper body, all function within thespace of the Heart Mind to create in the material world. The practice ofliving and doing all from the Heart in the 3D is very ancient. When weare full of unconditional love we have so much energy to give that it ismind blowing. In ancient India this was called Bhakti Yoga which liter-ally means “love practice”. Our Heart fields in general as humans is mindblowingly powerful. Once we use this center more fully we can begin toshape the 3D with much more love, joy and harmony.

Plugging Into Source -People who are especially connected to Source energy and love are

able to experience a freedom and capability far beyond the average per-son. It is very important for us to heal and care for our Hearts. A personwho lives on recycled Heart energy becomes a very sick human in mindand body. With the pure light of unconditional love, and the constantconnection to that via communication with the Heart, the Heart flour-ishes and health is easier to obtain. Ideally we all would be working withcommunicating to the Heart all the time, further grounding ourselves inthe body, and maintaining a pure interaction/reaction to the world sothat we aren’t absorbing negative energy. Talking to the Heart Mind

T o be able to be more aware and present in the heart you must speakwith your heart and learn to decipher it’s language. The Heart

Mind is a deeply intelligent and expressive mind. It’s language is simple:warm, open, fluttery, joyful feelings are it’s way of saying ‘yes’. Contrac-tion, inwardness and heaviness is it’s way of saying ‘no’. Let’s practicecommunicating to the Heart Mind! First, consider a person, animal orthing you really love. Then touch the Heart and say “Hello dear Heart!Thank you for serving me. Do you love ___?” Feel the Heart say yes!Now, we can ask a silly but effective question such as “Do you like to eatmud?” And now you can feel the Heart say no very clearly! Anotherquestion that could be proposed to the Heart Mind is a decision. Perhapsyou just got two job offers, but they are both really good. How do you de-cide? Ask your Heart. See what reaction it has to your pros and cons listsmade up with your Brain Mind. You have a wonderfully intelligent heart,use it! Go about your day attentive to how your Heart is always commu-nicating to you with all the perfect body memory stored in it’s cells.

Removing Armor

M any people are taught early on to create energetic armor to shieldtheir Hearts. The Heart is the first responder. When there is neg-

ative energy flying around directly at you or indirectly then your Heartabsorbs it pretty quickly because it’s field is larger and contains the wholeself. Only then does the brain get a chance to rebuttal or react, and you’realready in pain at that point. To be able to protect the Heart is impor-tant, but people have devised all sorts of ways to do it except the healthyand correct way! Heavy armor, iron containers, flak jackets, shields andother energies are often the result. This causes physical and emotionalpain. It creates a fear of vulnerability. With such armor a person has ahard time absorbing actual love and positive energy even if it seems toprotect the heart from negative energy. Wearing heavy energy armorcauses back pain, shoulder tension and neck stiffness.

Time to take the armor off ! (Don’t worry, you won’t be left unpro-tected!) Identify the armor. What color is it? What is it made of ? Whereis it from? Now identify where the buckle is, or the way to take it off.Literally stand up and take off the armor. Close your eyes and imagineit. Physically take it off. Set it down on the ground. Take a deep breathand feel the lightness in your chest and shoulders... You are no longer re-quired to protect yourself this way. There is a better and more effectiveway. Give the armor up to Source or put it away.

Protection Techniques

The Heart Mind’s greatest power is the channelling of energies to in-form the whole body, such as unconditional love. Unconditional

love is often misunderstood as complacency, relativism and/or lack ofcompassion. This lie is a false light construct and a program meant tokeep us from fully experiencing what unconditional love really is. AHeart living in unconditional love is not complacent to evil, falsehood,or darkness but rather creates through their own loving work and prac-tice more light in the world. You see, only the smallest light cuts the dark-ness. This means that the Heart can inform the voice, action, thoughtand health by allowing truth and unconditional kindness to flow fromthe Heart to the other Minds, the Brain and Gut. Receiving lightthrough the other minds is part of how the 3 Minds creates so much en-ergy in the body! The Heart in unconditional love does not mean a per-son should not believe in right or wrong, but rather recognizing thatthey are meant to be conduits of light themselves. The recognition of thegoodness in the self clarifies our purpose. How do you bring more lightinto the world best? The duality of creation and destruction, balanced bythe energy of preservation, have always existed in this universe - these arethe laws that govern it. The Heart becomes the bearer of active compas-sion by offering this objective stance and always offering love as a tool inany event, any timeline.

In practice, to obtain the balanced and conduit-like Heart for un-conditional love or other energies to flow through we must recognize theneed to remove ego and attachment first, then work on being aware ofthe Heart space. Through meditation, processing and practice with theBrain Mind, we remove ego. Using other techniques we clear the Brainof programs, filters and sub-personalities. As the Heart Mind becomessmoother, less fractured by ego, we can use our first awareness (the Soulin charge) to control the energy of the Heart. Maintaining control is assimple as asking. If we work from the zero point of purity we can use themultitude of positive emotions and energies as tools in our life. This cre-ates pure objectivity and we can have more control of what energy comesthrough us. We can use our body machines more perfectly in this state -consistently flowing and triangulating in the world with Seeing, Feelingand Knowing in the 3 Minds.

Controlling Energy -The Heart Mind contains the perfect memory of the whole self and

creates the electromagnetic field around the body, the Heart field. Wecan fill this field with light, energies, emotions and intentions. Purity be-comes an action, an activity which you participate in all the time, andthen you can choose to use tools like unconditional love or joy or com-passion from that state of being. Like a living and active meditation, thethings we do and create become more perfect and bright in the 3D andbad habits drop away. The true nature of the human spirit is most appar-ent through the actions of a pure Soul state. We are really timeless beingsof pure light consciousness in the 4D living in the 3D body. Our livinglight is from Source directly. As we get better at controlling the energywe create in our Heart, we can learn to expand the Heart space to hugespaces and fill those spaces with our pure love or joy too. Eventually, ashumanity learns to act in the Heart space as one, as we were meant to,there will be a global connectedness and still the powerful spiritual willof the individual. Bow to the Heart Mind and thank it for working so hard to help youevery single day, tirelessly. Now bring your first attention to the Heartspace which the Heart Mind creates. Visualize a bubble around you aswide as your arms - this is the electromagnetic field which your Heartnaturally creates. Now focus on your Heart’s space. Allow the Heart tobecome as pure and flawless as possible. The clearest glassy surface perfectfor pure light to shine through. Now let us connect it to the Brain Mindand to Source light above us. Visualize love and light from the universepouring through the head into the Heart space, beginning to fill a bub-ble of energy with purity and connection. Allow the bubble and light toexpand by breathing into it. Allow it to get bigger and bigger, filling upyour whole Heart space. Allow it to immerse your whole self in its ener-gy. Meditate on this frequency. Now we can command the Heart and say“Dear Heart, hello! Thank you so much for serving me. Please fill my wholefield with pure Source light now.” Breathe. We make this command usingthe word “now” and the Heart does what we ask! This embodiment ofactive purity is where you will be acting from now on. Practice holdingthis energetic space around you for longer and longer periods of time.Meditate on it, and then get used to acting in it. Do the dishes whileholding purity! How does it feel to do activities while holding this spacein your mind? Eventually, our whole subconscious attention will get usedto holding this energy and you will be able to embody it indefinitely. It’sa “purity practice”.

Love Protection -Now we can use love as a tool for protection. This embodiment of

unconditional love is powerfully protective because it is the frequencyand force which holds the universe together. The Heart Mind acts as theEarth’s own core acts - it creates a protective sphere around the self which

By recognizing where negative energy is com-ing from we can more completely discern what needs to happen to createbalance, preservation and creative light in the moment. Like the Earth,our Heart is always trying to create a space for more life and creation tooccur. It flourishes in this energy most. Empaths can receive great healingprotection by the practice of unconditional love embodiment. Creativeindividuals can find more passion in their work. No matter what we dowe can do it with love and impeccability. All you have to do is ask. “DearHeart, thank you so much for serving me. Please bring up the energy of un-conditional love into my field now.” Breathe. What color is this love? Is ithard like crystal? Bubbly like champagne? Rosey pink? Allow it to fill upyour whole field. This tool is excellent to use at events or work, or sim-ply when you feel you need a little more security. Like many energies, it’sunique and can be used when needed, especially for energetic protection.

Let’s use an example to illustrate the power of Source love in theHeart field. Let’s say a person comes into your space and throws someanger at you. The Heart, as first responder, feels it with Divine Feelingfirst. The pain of the energy hits the Heart and the Brain reacts. This iswhen we feel out of control over our feelings. We feel unsafe, vulnerable,in pain and resentful. Now, let us imagine that we instead have the powerof Love filling the Heart field or Purity (or whatever powerful energy youchoose). You’ve communicated to the heart to maintain this energy foryou and filled your space with it. When the same situation presents itself,your Heart space acts like a stone in water! The energy can flow past youso you can objectively observe it instead of absorbing it immediately. Inthis state you do not react! You have control over your reactions. Thenyou can see that this person in anger is actually a suffering soul in pain.You can choose what tools you will use in the situation and in what orderyou will work with them. You can see things as they really are instead ofonly being in a reactive state. You are the Soul in charge!

The Heart can also help you shift subtle dark energy, or junk energy,which you’ve picked up throughout your lifetime. In this process

we simply ask the Heart to do this as a command. But a word of warningfirst - you don’t want to do either the clearing or light building exercisestoo much in a day. You can use them when you’ve picked up dark energyduring an incident, but as a regular practice, just use them once in themorning and once at night each. Because it felt so good I tried to do it alot one day and I began to feel very faint. Your body can only handle somuch! Be gentle.

Clear Dark or Junk Energy -“Dear Heart, thank you so much for serving me. Please clear a layer of

dark energy out of my field now. “ Breathe. Feel the pancake of energy liftup out of your field. Check and see if you feel a bit lighter.

Build and Bolster Light -“Dear Heart, thank you so much for serving me. Please raise the light

in my body and spirit one step up now.” Breathe. Feel the light within yourSoul and body raise up a notch. Check to see how much more clear youfeel.

Using the Heart toRewrite DNA

S ince the Heart has control over the whole operation and frequencymemory of the DNA in the body, it can help you shift genetic issues.

The Heart is your way of rewriting DNA. This is called epigenetics andit’s a scientific field of study gaining more clout. Regular practice of thiscan show results in time. The body is fully renewed every 7 years, exceptthe Heart, many neurons in the Brain and other body parts, and the lens-es of the eyes. Some organs regenerate faster than others, so results willtake time. Be patient and persistent. Technically the rewriting of DNA inthe Heart informs the rest of the field how it’s meant to be and the bodywill regenerate with those new directions. You may see the reversal of dis-ease, scars, organ problems and more.

Working with Perfection -As a basis for rewriting your DNA you want to work with perfection

first, and then hone your commands to more specific areas. If you tell thebody it needs to heal, then like a computer it goes to search out how it’sbroken and focusing on that. If you tell the body that it’s perfect, thenit resonates with that frequency and informs all cells which aren’t per-fect that they need to be because that’s the command. We can begin thisprocess of DNA rewriting by saying “Dear Heart, thank you so much forserving me. Please inform all my DNA and cells that I am Perfect now.”Breathe. Feel the energy as your body moves to share this command withall your cells.

Now you can move to talk to the body about specific issues. You canuse the same command prompt to erase genetic issues and replace themwith perfection. Just say “Dear Heart, thank you so much for serving me.Please inform my body that the genetic code which says that I have——-—is gone and that I am perfect now.” Breathe. Feel your body work tomake this shift. In this command you can say whatever ailment you’redealing with. This can also include viruses and bacteria or fungus. “DearHeart, thank you so much for serving me. Please inform thevirus———that it is not welcome any longer and it’s time to go now.”Breathe. Again, don’t over do these processes or the body will back upwith processes like a computer. Pick the top issues you want to addressand do these processes throughout the day systematically. Be open to thistaking time and working out.

The Heart’s SpiritualPower

The Heart Mind is also the space which creates empathy or DivineFeeling. The Heart’s space is so wide, far past the physical body, and

that means that it is the first responder in the material world. When ener-gy moves around you, as it does constantly, the Heart perceives it andfeels it. It communicates to you about what it’s perceiving, which is whyit’s so important to listen and talk to the Heart consistently in order tolearn what it has to say. It’s constantly downloading information aboutreality, dark and light energy. This can feel very intense! When there isanger, fear or pain being thrown around, the Heart feels it first, and thenthe Brain reacts. This is why it’s important to have a deep relationshipwith the Heart or else armor and blockages occur. The better the rela-tionship and control, the better the protection. The Brain doesn’t have toreact if the Heart is solid in pure love, and instead you can decide onwhat tools you will use to manage the situation you’re in. If you’re in a pu-rity space or love space with the Heart, then you have no reaction andcan choose the way you will move through each moment.

Empaths often complain that they are too sensitive and don’t feel incontrol of what they are picking up and feeling around them. Sometimesthe spiritual gifts of the 3 Minds can be very intense especially if we don’thave a relationship with or control over all 3 of them. This triangulationof all 3 spiritual gifts of the 3 Minds is the key to discernment and con-trol over the experiences you have. So, for those of you who have intenseempathy, have hope! Most of your or-ganic body material when dehydrated down to core elements is bacteria.This makes the Gut Mind so fascinating because of it's beautiful symbiot-ic relationship with our bodies. We get these things things by consuming themor being exposed to them. Human food choices have only become morepoor in the past 100 years. The starvation of ourancient ancestors had long term effects on our health presently, and thelatest science has shown this trauma being mapped up to 14 generations.

Furthermore, the overuse of antibiotics in soap and internally as wellas heavy doses of prescription drugs have created a cesspool of candidaand toxins even in children. The intro of white food poisons like whiteflour and refined sugar into the human diet was a travesty causing ad-diction. Glyphosate is killing our gut flora and biofilm. Pesticides andGMO foods are modifying our guts so much that we can’t keep up withjust how much leaky gut, IBS and Crohn’s Disease is more prevalent. Weknow that gut health is directly linked to diabetes, obesity, immune sys-tem malfunction, mental health like ADD and depression, disease con-trol and much more. Just like the Earth, if we don’t take care of the soil -fauna and flora - we will get sick and die because it will no longer be hab-itable.

In this section I will talk about how to cultivate your Gut Mind andcreate an optimal relationship with the Earth through the Gut. An

optimal relationship with the Gut means a high functioning immune sys-tem, longevity, a strong digestive system, optimized nutrient intake, anda deep Divine Intuition. This is the longest section of the ebook because Iwill be telling you about all the functions of this complex part of yourbody according to anthropological and medical science. Consumingfood, digesting it, and eliminating toxins and waste is the main process ofthe Gut Mind, and any issues with what we are consuming will createlong term effects on the body. In fact, the traumas around food can haveeffects on generations after us, even causing genetic mutations. To undothese thousands of years of traumas our ancestors went through, we cantake full control over our food experience and have a renewed positive re-lationship with Earth.

Ancient Diets, BodyTypes, and More

Ancient diets are very important to the process of healing the GutMind. Blood types can be a strong indicator of many important

factors, including ethnicity, what kind of enzymes someone can or can-not create, and what kinds of foods are best tolerated. Blood types are re-lated to ethnicity in that your ancestry changed and evolved in certaincircumstances environmentally, which also changed the blood type of aperson’s lineage. For example, an O blood type is the oldest type and de-notes a long ancestral lineage of hunting and gathering, whereas an A, Bor AB blood type would denote a lineage of pastoralists and agricultural-ists. This would mean that the O type would be better off sticking to anon-agricultural diet such as a paleo diet or at least limiting grains andprocessed foods. AB blood lineages are capable of being vegetarian moreeasily than an O as they are the newest blood type and can manage ongrains, cheese and vegetables without meats. Many O types will findthemselves not thriving without meats because their lineage was built tobe more dependent on meat intake and fats for calories. Eating for yourblood type is highly recommended.

In Eastern Indian medicine called Ayurveda there are dosha typeswhich can help us consider elemental factors in our diets. Chinese medi-cine also considers these elements too. Finding out what your type is andworking within those parameters can help with many issues. For exam-ple, if you are overweight you would be considered to have too muchKapha (water and earth) energy and need more Vata (air and ether) and

Pitta (fire). That would mean eating leaner foods, avoiding fats and heavymeals, and adding more spices to your food. Finding out your dosha is agreat way to navigate food intake for your body type.

Other ethnic and body markers which are important when consider-ing diet is enzymes. Some people don’t make all the enzymes, and end upsuffering a lot when trying to eat modern processed diets. There are twoways to manage this. First, you can either learn which foods bother youmost and avoid them. For example, some AB blood types don’t make lac-tase, which is sometimes a signature of Asian decent because that ethnicgroup did not domesticate milk animals. Eating lactose in non-ferment-ed milk products can be very painful without lactase to break if down,so avoidance is key. However, someone who would like to keep the dairymilk products in their diets can take digestive enzymes, which can bevery helpful! I personally, although I’m an O type, do not make lactaseand I do take a complete enzyme to counter this issue because milk andfermented milk products are a staple in my home. It works well! If youaren’t able to eat precisely for your body or blood type, or want to be ableto eat a modern diet sometimes like at a dinner party, then an enzyme isa nice modern way to overcome that blockage.

Oils are vital to human health. The horrible myth that fats and oilsare bad for us has caused a decline in mental and physical health. How-ever, not all oils are the same! Canola oil (rapeseed oil) is now mostly ge-netically modified and can cause inflammation. The best oils to consumeare: pure olive oil, coconut oil, avocado seed oil, ghee and grass fed but-ter. The brain needs those oils to function properly, and oils help culti-vate the gut. With daily consumption of these oils you will have betterbody and mind health in general.

Probiotics and non-alcohol fermented foods and drinks are anothercomponent which is often missing in modern diets. Ancient peoplesused the fermentation process to preserve food, and in turn, those bac-terias helped keep a healthy and diverse gut biome. Taking a probioticsupplement is not good enough. If you aren’t already used to eating fer-

mented foods, then you need to begin introducing them. Part of our is-sue in modern society is that we don’t have enough gut bacteria diversi-ty. In a recent study done on hunter gatherer people’s gut biomes, specif-ically the San people of central Africa, it was discovered that their bio-me was incredibly diverse in comparison to the average person. The Sanare known for their prowess and great health, and this is partially why.The gut biome and bacteria are what make up the intelligence of the GutMind, and without them, you have a sick brain and body. They are alsothe seat of the immune system. Cultivation using fermented foods likesauerkraut, kimchi, lacto-fermented drinks, yogurt, kombucha, ferment-ed veggies and fruits, and kiefer are vital.

Veganism is a modern luxury diet. Ancient religious groups and cul-tural groups, no matter how orthodox, were never vegan. Even the Jain-ists, some of the most extreme in their religious thinking around food,eat cheese. The Jainists won’t eat fruit that has not fallen, and sweep infront of themselves as they walk so as to keep any bugs alive. Such hon-oring of life is noble, but few people can successfully have a vegan dietwithout ending up with deficiencies. The idea of comparing humans toour cousins the gorillas who are vegan is not logical. Our ancestral andphysical evolution was completely dependent on animal protein. This isnot to say that factory farming is healthy. In fact, I encourage any per-son who eats meat to either grow and slaughter their own animals, milktheir own animals and make cheese, or hunt for themselves. If this isn’tpossible, then the support of small farms who can do this for you is sec-ond best. Sticking to a vegetarian diet which includes eggs and cheeseor fish is absolutely fine. You can get all you need from that diet, un-less your blood type requires more animal meats, which sometimes is thecase. Nonetheless, if we want to have a better world, we must not abuseour animal friends who serve us in their presence, with their productsand their meat. Destruction is an important part of life and the universe,and even large crops of foods which are only plants require us to fend offpests and insects. No food is eaten without death involved. Accepting the

fact that our bodies need to consume living things, plant and animal, is apart of being on this Earth.

Raw meat for healing is also an important factor in human healthwhich needs to be addressed. Dr. Weston Price, a famous and excellentmedical anthropologist, showed us that indigenous diets from peoples allover the world, with no contact with each other, and incredible health,all ate raw meat. These peoples mostly did not have degenerative disease,obesity, arthritis, rotten teeth, body malformations, constant cancer, orother common modern ailments. They did not have refined sugar orgrains, but they did have fermented foods, fresh milk, butter or meats,whole rye (in one case), and access to a variety of animal and plantproducts. The one thing they did have in common across the board wasraw meat and raw organ meat consumption. This unadulterated meatconsumption did several things for these very healthy people. The un-cooked meat retained its elements, endorphins, and probiotic nature.There are many cases, including my own, where someone in deeply trou-bling health were healed by including raw meat in the diet. Even the oc-casional raw meat meal can make a huge difference.

I will use myself as an example to show how raw meat healed me.After many years of antibiotics, including a four straight year stint as ateenager which almost killed me, my gut biome was barely there. I had noimmune system. I struggled to have a clear mind, struggled with depres-sion and panic, and my skin was constantly inflamed and breaking out.I had gum disease, painful periods, chronic fatigue, and constant nau-sea. I had diarrhea, PTSD, constant infections and a lack of will to live.I knew I was in trouble. After deciding to heal myself, I read NourishingTraditions, a cookbook and research book based on Dr. Weston Price’swork (which you can find a link to at the top of my resources page atseerandscientist.com/resources). I saw the studies done on raw meat con-sumption and decided to give it a try along with a diet overhaul, herbalremedies and the removal of all sugar except honey. The first time I ate araw, grass fed buffalo steak was hard. I had been a vegitarian off and on

for some time. I had been taught that raw meat was bad for you. I hadto remove my programming about it before I could eat it. The effects ofeating it were surprising to me. I had an endorphin and adrenaline rush,and a feeling of fullness and completeness that I hadn’t ever had. I felthigh from eating raw meat because of the unadulterated elements. Mybody craved it from then on. In a matter of just a couple of weeks eatingraw meat I had never felt more alive and healthy. My skin was clear forthe first time in my life. I cried the first day I went out in public with-out makeup. My ailments were healed and my body thrived after a shorttime using raw meat for healing. Now it’s a matter of upkeep, but I willnever be the same sick person I was. This is a very radical viewpoint forour modern sensibilities, but absolutely natural for the indigenous andancient humans who lived in harmony with Earth longer than us.

Cleansing is not to be minimized when it comes to healing the GutMind. Sometimes candida can get a strong hold on us, and parasites too!Toxins build up when we are fatigued, and heavy metals weigh downour cells. If you have trouble removing toxins in the body, that can re-quire cleansing at least a couple of times in a year. Cleansing can be gen-tle. It can include just a tablespoon of food grade diotomacious Earthevery day for toxins, parasites, metals, viruses, bacteria or candida. A ta-blespoon each of olive oil and lemon juice can help support the liver. Acapsule or two of activated charcoal can help the body cleanse gently atnight. Sometimes a deeper cleanse is vital, and you must be very carefulwith this. You don’t want to stress out the body too much or become de-hydrated. Use a tablespoon of sea salt in water in the early morning tocleanse the gut and fast on fresh lemon juice in water, broth and freshveggie juices for up to a week if you need to kick a sickness, get rid ofcandida, avoid long term illness or need to shed a little extra weight. Ourancestors naturally went through periods of feast and famine, and ourbodies actually enjoy a metabolic reset like this in the form of a fastingcleanse. Try intermittent fasting (eating one meal a day at the same time)to shed pounds and reset the metabolism also. Remember to check with

Healing elements and herbs for the Gut Mind can be included tokeep the biome and microfilm of the intestines in good shape. Takemarshmallow, slippery elm and chia seed to keep the biofilm intact. Thisfilm creates a healthy place for good bacteria to live. Take a probioticalong with your fermented foods, but make sure it includes the strainsrhamnosus and breve, both proven to eliminate candida and depression.Get trace minerals back into your body using liquid or pill supplemen-tation.
