1-3 Year 12 Chemistry Students at a Melbourne University excursion. Students used modern analytical instruments to analyse chemicals in the consumer products in wine, vitamin C tablets and sports drinks. 4-5 Year 12 Psychology students had the opportunity to experience a real life sleep laboratory at the Epworth Sleep Laboratory this term. Our two fabulous volunteers, Matt and Sebile were

lucky enough to ‘sleep’ within the laboratory, where they both actually entered Stage 1 of sleep - typically not believing they were even asleep. 6 The Year 11 Community Services students enjoyed a day out at Myuna Farm experiencing hands on animal husbandry of small animals, equine and our feathery friends. 7-8 The Year 12 Community Services students flipped pancakes, raising $160 for the homeless in the Uniting Care Pancake Day in March. 9-11 During Term 1 the Pasifika PDS class made Chop Suey. Chop Suey originates from China and is a popular dish in the Pacific Islands.
