The meat component in many wines in this region is part of the signature and the rustic elegance of these wines. There is no reduction in the palate, where the tannins are fine-grained and there’s good balance. 120,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in July 2017.

It is fermented in stainless steel with part of whole clusters and indigenous yeasts, and the wine matured in mostly French and mostly used barriques for six months. This is completely different from the entry-level Monastrell, earthier and with more tannins, in need of food. Again, the quality is mind-boggling for the price. 100,000 bottles were filled in July 2017.
