• An account of journey from D1 to D2 (500 words)

• 2 Case studies (each approx. 500 words) – Should cover Areas of Activity not covered in AFHEA submission.

• Mapping Document• Supporting Statements from 2 Referees.

Fellowship Application - II• Not an Associate Fellow• 3 parts to application

• An account of professional practice to all Areas of Activity, Professional values and Appropriate knowledge. (3000 words)

• Mapping Document• Supporting Statements from 2 Referees.

Senior Fellowship Application - I• Moving from Fellow to Senior Fellow• 2 parts

• An account of your journey D2 to D3 (1000 words)

• 2 Case Studies of Professional Practice, CAP (1500 words each)

Senior Fellowship Application - II• Direct Entry• Need to prepare Account of Professional

Practice (MUST NOT EXCEED 7000 words)• This is in 2 parts

• A Reflective Account of Practice, RAP (3000 words approx.)

• 2 Case Studies of Professional Practice, CAP (each 1500 words approx.)

• “Referees should be experienced staff and be able to comment, knowledgeably, and from first-hand experience on your current role and any other relevant activities recently undertaken”.

• One should be a fellow, senior fellow or principal fellow of the HEA!
