 Hydrogen  Injec-on  System

Hydrogen  Diesel  Saver  (HDS™)  is  an  a3ermarket  Hydrogen  Injec:on  System  designed    for  diesel  internal  combus:on  engines.  The  HDS™  technology  is  based  on  hydrogen  produced  from  the  electrolysis  of  water.

The  HDS™  systems  deliver  an  On-‐Demand,  safe,  efficient  and  reliable  stream  of  hydrogen  and  oxygen  into  the  air  intake  of  a  combus:on  engine.  This  hydrogen  mixed  with  fuel  creates  a  more  efficient,  cleaner  burning  engine  that  saves  fuel  with  many  benefits.

What  is  Hydrogen  Diesel  Saver  (HDS™)

HDS™  Benefits:

•  BeJer  fuel  efficiency:    •  Lower  fuel  consump:on  by  as  much  as  30%  •  Increased  horsepower  and  torque

•  Reduce  carbon  emissions  by  as  much  as  90%  •  Reduce  maintenance  costs  by  as  much  as  50%    •  Extends  engine  and  part  life  -‐  Specifically  EGR  &  DPF

The  modern  diesel  engines  burn  only  approximately  70%  of  the  fuel.  The  other  30%  turns  into  unburned  hydrocarbons  producing  pollu:on  and  smog.    The  HDS™  technology  is  based  on  the  electrolysis  of  water.  Electrolysis  is  the  process  of  separa:ng  water  into  hydrogen  and  oxygen  gases  by  the  introduc:on  of  electricity.    Hydrogen  burns  14-‐:mes  faster  than  diesel  and  expands  by  20,000-‐:mes  its  volume.    HDS™  introduces  Hydrogen  on  the  vacuum  side  of  the  turbo,  exci:ng  the  diesel  molecules.  This  process  increases  the  speed  of  the  burn;  therefore,  burning  more  of  the  diesel  fuel.

How  HDS™  Works

HDS™  has  a  variety  of  applica:ons  in  all  types  of  industries.  HDS™  users  are  consumers  of  large  volumes  of  diesel  fuel.

•  Marine:  Full  range  of  Yachts,  Fishing  Fleets,  Ferries,  and  Vessels

•  Transporta-on  &  Heavy  Equipment:  Long-‐Haul  Trucking,  Buses,  Cranes,  etc.

•  Genset:  Diesel  Electric  Generators  in  Commercial,  Industrial,  and  Municipal  markets

Applica-ons

•  Hydrogen  Generator  Cell    •  Remote  Fill  Reservoir    •  Electrical  Box

Product  Line:

•  HDS™  500  -‐  Diesel  engines  up  to  500  HP  (Transporta:on,  heavy  equipment)  •  HDS™  2000  -‐  Diesel  engines  up  to  2000  HP  (Marine  vessels,  yachts)    •  HDS™  2000G  -‐  Diesel  engines  up  to  2000  HP  (Genset,  boilers,  large  industrial  equipment)

Capabili-es:

One  HDS™  unit  operates  one  or  more  engines,  up  to  the  appropriate  HDS™  horsepower  size.  The  unique  benefit  of  HDS™  system  is  the  scalability.  HDS™  can  provide  a  solu:on  for  most  diesel  engine  size  by  simply  adding  addi:onal  HDS™  units  to  meet  engine  horsepower.

Products  &  Capabili-es

HDS™  units  are  patented  hydrogen  genera:ng  units  for  diesel  engines.

 The  main  HDS™  subassemblies  are:
