Reach hand over head with free hand, pull ear up and back then INSERT earplug well inside ear canal

HOLD for 40 seconds, until earplug expands

COVER and UNCOVER your hands over your ears and the sound level should NOT vary

Earplugs should not be hanging out of your ear canal
