Live Display After boot up Successfully, you should see the Live Display.

When you first time open, you should see Cloud Enable.

If you don’t want to see this message anymore, then click Will no

longer be prompted Click OK  to bypass.

4 In each viewing window, camera channel number and recordingsymbol status icon will list on each channel window corner.

To Release from Lock down, wait for half hour will allow you try again, or you need toPower Off & Power on to release the Lock down.

Right Click Mouse button and enter[Main Menu]> [ Advanced ]> [ Storage ]

7 Storage

Select HDD, and click Format Storage.It will format your HDD.

(For more detail functions please read User Manuals)

Setup Motion Detect

Right Click Mouse button and enter 

[Main Menu]> [Alarm]>  [Motion Detect] to set.

9Enable Motion Detection (for each Channels)

For Example:Select Channel [ 1] Enable [√ ] first.

Select Record Channel [1] [3]

When Channel [1] detect motion trigger, itwill enable recording on Channel 1 and Channel 3 .

Then, switch to Channel [2] on the top ...

Repeat same steps until finish all channels and correspondingrecording channels.

Click OK  when finish.

After adjust to Schedule Recording and Alarm Motion Detect.

Remember, you need to Complete Step 7 - 10, then you willhave Motion Detection Recording.

Enable Schedule Recording

0  By Default:   Normal recording

The system’s default set is 24 hours continuous recording.

Set the recording parameters in the surveillance channel.

You can enter  [Main Menu]> [Record]> [Record Config] to set.

Note:There is at least one read-write hard disk if the DVR recordsnormally.

1Description:

【Channel】  Choose the corresponding channel number to set the channel. Choose

the “all” option to set the entire channels.

【Redundancy】Choose the recording file and backup in two hard disks.The one is read-write disk, another is redundant disk.

【Length】   Set the time length of each video file. 60minutes is default length.

【Prerecord】   Record 1-30 seconds before the action. (file length is decided by

the code stream)

【Record Mode】Setvideostate:configuration,manual andstop.

Schedule Record according to the set video type (regular, detect and alarm)

and time section.

Manual  Click the “all” button & make the corresponding channel recording

no matter its state.

Stop  Click the “stop” button & make the corresponding channel stop

recording no matter its state.

【Week】   Weekday

【Period】Set the time section of common recording, The recording will start only in the

set range.

【Recording Type】Set recording type: regular, detection or alarm.

regular  Perform the regular recording in the set time section. The video file type is “R”.detect Trigger the “motion detect”, “camera mask” or “video loss” signal. When above alarm is set as opening recording,

the “detection recording” state is on. The video file type is “M”.

alarm Trigger the external alarm signal in the set time section. When above alarm is set as opening recording,

the “detection recording” state is on. The video file type is “A”.

different time lines. With the Sync mode

turn ON, it will force to play on the every channel same time line.

Important ote: View Multi-Channel has limitations.

5 How to Play Another Channel?

1) Press Stop first.2) Uncheck one of the channel from the Channel umber3) Select the channel number you want.4) Click Search icon one time.5) Then, click Play

 ote:

Frame by frame playback is only performed in the "pause"playback state.

Partial enlarged: single pictures full-screen playback, can use the

left mouse button box to choose any size area on the screen, click

the left mouse button, the selected area will enlarge the regional

image, double click the left mouse button to exit the partial

enlarged images. ote :If the current resolution of one channel is beyondmaximum resolution, it will be displayed as a red “X” when playedback.

1) Make sure Insert USB Memory Stick first.

2) Right Click on Mouse Menu,

Select Playback

3) Select correct Date & Time

4) Check Sync Mode

All channels time line will be align together

5) Play Video file first, jump/select time you

want to play

6) Then, You should see the time ticker is running

When you find the IP Camera,

Select the camera from the List, and then

on Camera from the List.

It will begin to copy information to the top.

Our ONVIF Camera doesn’t require Password.

But, some of the ONVIF cameras, do require Password.

Please make sure to enter correct information if you have

password protection.

Click OK when finish.

1080p Digital channel can support 1080p/720p Camera type.

Enable Motion Detect Recording for IP Camera (Setup H R & IP Camera)

* OTE * Because limited by the O IF protocol.

Most O IF IP camera do not support Motion Detect

function mixed with different brand R.

To Enable IP Camera Motion Recording, you need the

same manufacturer for your H R & IP Camera.

Login to IP Camera Webpage first.

Compare to your HVR Login Webpage. If it looks the same,

then you have the same manufacturer for HVR and IP

Camera. That will support Motion Detection Recording.

Open Internet Explorer, & Login

Type IPcamera address (for example: 192.168.1.10)

User: Admin

Pass: (default: no pass)

Open Internet Explorer, & Login

Type IPcamera address (for example: 192.168.1.10)

User: Admin

Pass: (default: no pass)

2 After successful login, you should see the picture as right,

Prompt for connection.

We just want to configure the camera, so we don’t see the

Trouble Shooting

1 Turn On DVR Power 

Plug the power supply and turn on the power supply switch.Power supply indicator light shining indicates turning on the

video recorder. After finishing the startup you will hear a Beep,

and the default setting of video output is multiple-window output

mode.

Note:Restart the power after the abnormal power off,DVR will automatically recover the state before power off.

Turn off Power 

There are two methods to turn off the DVR which are soft switch and hard switch.

Soft switch:   Entering [Main menu] and choosing [Logout] in the [turn off th

system] option is called soft switch.

Hard switch:   Pressing the power supply switch is called hard switch.

Note: The setting information must be saved before replacing the batterotherwise information will lose.

Q: can’t see from HDMI TV monitor 

A: Adjust video output resolution to fix your monitor.HVR System default resolution is set to 1280x1024.

Change to correct resolution to fit your HDMImonitor and HDMI cable.

Q: can’t connect from Cloud?

A: Please check your Cloud connection status:

Main Menu -> Info -> Version

SerialNo   is the Cloud ID Number.

Nat Status:   If it is Probing DNS, that mean not connected.

Recommend check your Network IP address first. Make sureyou can connect to Internet.

(Port# -- see Network Setup section)

Cloud Access support Single Router situation,

if you have double Router. Please make sure complete port forwarding.
