Notes: ● 10 minutes are allotted between exams on June 12-14. Please allow students to bring a snack for that time

if they wish. ● Schools will need to create a lunch schedule for the period 5 class on Wednesday, June 13. ● Schools are welcome to adjust the bell schedules on June 15-19 to incorporate longer class periods,

flextime, or other school activities. Please ensure that any adjusted June 15-19 schedules accommodate for digital education (synchronous) students and itinerant teachers.

● The June 11-14 schedules allow itinerant teachers who have periods 1-3 in one school and periods 5-6 in another school to have adequate travel time each day.

● Schools will need to review planning periods and collaborate with teachers who may need coverage for part of a class period.

● ARL Bus Information: Monday, June 11th (B day)— Normal AM Arrival Time then Students will depart ARL at 9:30 in order to arrive at their home school by 9:55 for Period 3 Class Tuesday, June 12th (A day) — Normal AM Arrival Time then Students will depart ARL at 8:45 in order to arrive at their home school by 9:10 for Period 3 Exam The last day for students at the ARL remains June 12th. As a reminder, the last day for Seniors at ARL is May 15th (Normal A Day Operating Schedule)
