Friends’ of Hazlegrove Quiz Night
A busy Spring Term for the Boarders ...Trips to Wookey Hole, Cadbury Hill Fort and @Bristol. Burns Night celebrations, the Boarders’ Concert, a Talent Show and a beach day with sandcastles and pony rides, ice cream and lashings of fun !
Lucy Shuker Lecture
We collected 563 pairs of shoes for Sal’s Shoes which will go off to
children in countries around the world
Year 6 had an exciting afternoon in the King’s Bruton Science Labs
The New Pool Table
Year 3 visited Corfe Castle where they saw a replica of a trebuchet and the Oubliette where people were left to be forgotten!
Beauty and the Beast, a fabulous feast of colour, spectacular costumes and fantastic sets amid some fine performances, magical dance routines and great singing.
Onyx Brass Workshop and Concert was an incredible experience and opportunity for the brass instrument players of Hazlegrove.
Wilbur and the Web, the Lower School Production, was a magnificent triumph with the cast giving their all in the story of Wilbur and Charlotte, a family favourite.
French Play Year 5 to Year 8 watched the French Play Parlez-vous français? They thought it was funny and were pleasantly surprised at just how much of the French they understood!
A Fantastic Evening showcasing Speech and Drama and a wonderful opportunity for parents to see the children perform their pieces which had been so highly rated in their recent LAMDA examinations.

Clayesmore Cross Country Success – Winning Year 8 Boys team, Year 7 Girls and Year 7 Boys teams. Runners-Up in the Year 6 Boys and the Year 5 Girls. Fastest Lap awards to Carlos Arrate, Sam Cobb, Kai Snell and Harriet Tuson.
To celebrate the Chinese New Year the wonderful and ever capable Hazlegrove catering team laid on an extravagant lunch worthy of an Emperor. Seventeen choices over three courses ... a lunch to remember.
