FOREWARD

I’ve been an established therapist since 1984.

More than twenty years later, my vision of

creating Hazelwood has become a reality.

It’s a quiet and calm homely retreat, providing

treatments with serenity, a place where time

and ‘the space in-between’ our busy lives can

allow us to establish our individual harmony.

We’ve tried to achieve a blend of traditional

and holistic treatments, and are constantly

developing with our clients in mind.

The Hazelwood experience is based on a

strong belief in an individuals power of self

healing and the importance of balance in life.

Terms & Conditions

Special packages must be taken in 1 day and may not necessarily be with the same therapist.

A minimum deposit of 50% of the treatments total value is required when booking any package, party package or multiple treatments exceeding 1 hour. This is non-refundable if cancellation is made with less than 4 days notice.

All treatment times quoted in this brochure are approximate and include undressing/dressing if applicable.

Consultations are complimentary & confidential.

When booking with a gift voucher you must quote the number, you are advised to book at least a month in advance, to ensure an ap-pointment before the voucher expires.

Expired gift vouchers cannot be used without exception.

Please turn off the volume on your mobile phone.

Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the building.

Hazelwood cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal items, please leave valuables at home.

In the unlikely event that you have any cause for complaint please inform a member of staff before you leave. We will do our utmost to ensure your satisfaction.

Appointment & Cancellation Policy

Being on time for your appointment is very much appreciated.

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will be charged in full for the treatments they booked, but only given the balance of the time left. This is a courtesy to our other clients.

If we receive less than 24 hours notice for cancellation, you will be charged for the cancelled appointment.

Clients not showing for appointments will be charged for their treat-ment cost.
