high capacity performance. Hawk pd belts are designed for high capacity performance, exceeding the traditional speed limitations of chain and performance limitations of belt drives. Hawk pd synchronous belts are able to perform in drives ranging from fractional horsepower to 500 horsepower.

Compact design equals less cost. with its superior load capacity, Hawk pd® belts can do the job with less drive width as compared to other synchronous belt systems. this, in turn, cuts component costs. upgrading your present belt to Hawk pd will help you reduce costs and get a more compact drive in the process.

For example: existing drive systems using a 30mm belt can be reduced to 20mm by upgrading to Hawk pd. wingprene™ materials help reduce width and maintain horsepower which could add up to savings of 15%.
