Haven House Services is a non-prot agency that changes outcomes or struggling youth and their amilies. The mission o Haven House Services is to strengthen the community through programs that produce positive
practices or youth and their amilies at home, at school and in the community. 2010/11

HAVEN HOUSE SERVICES2010/11 REVENUE
In the rst 6 months o our Juvenile Diversion Team (JDT) Program, 98% o undisciplined youthparticipating in the program were diverted rom thecourt system.
One year ater leaving the Wrenn House CrisisIntervention and Youth Shelter, 95% o youth reportedbeing in a sae environment. 90% o the youth andamilies surveyed at time o discharge rom Wrenn
House agreed or strongly agreed that i in crisisagain, they would seek assistance rom Haven HouseServices.
Through the Outreach Center, we provided 2,530services to struggling youth and their amilies,including ree bus tickets, access to computers, 4,500pounds o ood, and 1,100 hygiene products. Inaddition, we delivered lie skill classes on budgeting,educational goal planning and enrollment,employment and apartment preparedness, parentingclasses, healthy relationship classes, and crisiscounseling.
86% o youth involved in Multi-Systemic Therapyremained in school or continued working, andcontinued to live with their amilies.
Court-ordered or diverted restitution in the amount o $30,000 has been worked, earned and paid to victimsas a condition o juvenile probation or diversioncontracts.
Almost 8,000 hours o community service werecompleted by juvenile ofenders at government parksand acilities and other community organizations,creating a savings o $58,000 or recipient agencies(based on $7.25 minimum wage).

YOUTH IN CRISIS AND/OR HOMELESS
Haven House Services provides a lieline to stabilityand security or youth who have run away, ndthemselves homeless, or are experiencing a crisis.Counselors and emergency shelter are available 24/7at Wrenn House, or homeless youth can drop-in atthe Outreach Center or a hot meal and shower, cleanclothes and hygiene supplies, and other support.Whether it’s reuniting an adolescent with their amily,teaching lie skills to a young adult, or helping ayoung amily get an apartment and learn parentingskills, we have the outreach and services to teach theskills they need to get back on their eet saely.

Haven House Services provides a continuum o programs and services or youth experiencing diculty
at home, in school and in the community. Whetherit’s intensive therapy or amilies, gang prevention orvulnerable youth, keeping kids out o the court system,or classroom catch-up or suspended students, ourservices address some o the toughest situations toget to the root o the behavior, strengthen the skillsthese youth need to take responsibility and makebetter decisions, and change the course they areon. Using research-based and proven programs, wework with amilies, schools, the courts and a varietyo government and community agencies to intervenewith kids vulnerable to negative circumstances. Wehelp them nd their way to a positive, productive lie.
