• This o� er is valid for an accommodations package between January 10, 2019, and March 31, 2020. This o� er is valid only for bookings made for days when the Casino de Mont-Tremblant is open.

• This o� er is only for groups travelling to the Casino de Mont-Tremblant by motorcoach and cannot be combined with other activities, such as golf or skiing. The Casino reserves the right to ask the tour operator for their itinerary and to withhold the bonus refund in the event that this condition is not met.

• This o� er cannot be combined with any other o� er or promotion.• This o� er is only open to eligible motorcoach passengers aged eighteen

(18) or over who are Casino Privilèges members.• This o� er is only open to groups of twenty (20) eligible passengers or more

(excluding the tour guide and driver) having reserved a minimum of ten (10) rooms, according to availability at the selected hotel.

• Before making a hotel reservation, the tour operator must check that the Casino is open on the selected dates. They must do this for all reservations at the selected hotel, as well as with the Société des Casinos du Québec’sgroup reservations agent in order to plan the group’s arrival and departurefrom the Casino. The tour operator must comply with this booking procedure at all times. The tour operator will not be issued a refund if they book when the Casino is closed.

• Room reservations must be made at least thirty (30) business days in advance and in accordance with the selected hotel’s policies.

• For the Fairmont Tremblant, the rate provided is for a Fairmont category room.• The tour operator will receive an invoice from the Casino for the soup and

salad bar meal vouchers as per the passenger information form filled out and signed by the tour guide and greeter. The coupon value is $28.53, including taxes and service.

• The meal voucher may be redeemed before 2 p.m. on the day of the visit to the Casino.

• The minimum duration of a visit to the Casino is three (3) hours per day, excluding meal times.

• The tour operator must have a travel agent’s licence and any other required permits in order to receive the tour operator bonus.

• Upon receipt of an invoice, bonuses will be paid monthly by cheque made out to the company. A refund will be issued at a rate of ten dollars ($10) per passenger, up to a maximum of five hundred dollars ($500) per stay, including taxes.

• Limit of one (1) o� er of promotional gaming credits per day – i.e. ten dollars ($10) on Day 1, and ten dollars ($10) on Day 2 – per Casino Privilèges member, per stay.

• Promotional gaming credits are non-cashable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable and valid on the day of issue, and are activated upon playing an eligible slot machine. Prior activation of the Casino Privilèges card and the use of a personal identification number (PIN) are required.

• The o� er may be amended or cancelled without notice. • All prices listed are in Canadian dollars. The Société des casinos du Québec

reserves the right to amend or cancel a reservation, and/or limit the number of motorcoach arrivals.

• Any abuse of privileges, failure to meet conditions or use deemed fraudulent may void this o� er and the member’s Casino Privilèges membership.

• Conditions of use for the tour guide’s and driver’s meal vouchers are indicated on the voucher given to them when they arrive at the Casino.

• The promotional gift certificate for the tour guide may be exchanged at the Casino for twenty dollars ($20) in cash. Conditions of use are indicated on the certificate given to them when they arrive at the Casino.
