• Recruiting, Training, Operations, Finance and Human Resources
2. One Award is designated for all other employees
Process: Submit your nomination on-line (ConneXion Portal) by the last day of the calendar month. Management. Review and Selection Process will take place every second Tuesday after month-end nominations

Each month DSC Managers will nominate other DSC Managers
Reason’s for Nomination• Being a Role-Model to others • Living the Flextronics Values • Putting The Flex Service Experience Behaviors into action • Customer Feedback• Client Feedback• Flextronics Leadership Feedback• DSC Performance
One DSC Manager per REGION per month will be rewarded:
1. $100 in your paycheck*
2. A Certificate signed by Regional Director
3. Picture on ConneXion Portal
4. Invited to attend a Market Manager Meeting
