We fell in love with Haselbury Mill the first time we visited it and as soon as our renovation work began we truly believed it would make a wonderful setting for a wedding. And so it did!
The surrounding peacefulness makes Haselbury Mill the perfect location for drinks and canapés in the beautiful gardens, followed by a reception in our great Tithe Barn.
We have a fantastic team of people working with us and our aim is to make all the dreams you have for your special day a reality.
Our experienced team of chefs will amaze you with their mouth watering food and you will be delighted with the high standard of accommodation on offer to you and your guests.
We feel privileged to be able to share such a special time in people’s lives and we are dedicated to helping you organise every aspect of your day.

ONCE UPON A TIME
Often described as “the most beautiful setting in the South West of England”, Haselbury Mill is a unique venue in the heart of Somerset & Dorset. Set in 14 acres of glorious countryside, it is the perfect venue for any occasion; from a traditional country wedding, to a conference, to a romantic A la Carte meal.
Our facilities include three Restaurants, three Bars, a beautiful Georgian Mill House Hotel, and a spectacular medieval style Tithe Barn function suite.
The original buildings date back many centuries and are of great local interest with a history stretching back to the times of William the Conqueror. We are reportedly mentioned in the Doomsday Book.
No dull roar of traffic, yet situated just one minute from the A30, Haselbury Mill offers convenience of location with a feeling of being deep within the heart of the Somerset countryside.
As a privately owned and run venue we are able to offer our event guests great flexibility on use of the venue, so your only limit is your imagination!

Our civil ceremony licence enables you to be married in our spectacular lakeside room overlooking the lake, or alternatively within the splendour of our “Great Tithe Barn” - an experience never to be forgotten.

Our beautiful Tithe Barn, situated within the gardens, is the perfect location for a larger wedding celebration, whilst a smaller, more intimate atmosphere is created in our historical Mill rooms.
Either location will be set up with your flowers, favours and decorations by our experienced team, giving you the look and atmosphere you want to create.
Our menus move around the seasons to best reflect what is fresh and good in the marketplace. We always aim to use our most local suppliers to provide what we believe is the very best quality produce, with a true taste of Somerset. With every season comes a change in our grounds; Summer brings ponds edged with lilies and dressed by mature trees, whilst winter allows our Lakeside Suite to offer a uniquely striking focus.
ACCOMMODATION
The three magnificent listed buildings & newly built Tithe Barn provide the focus of this superb hotel and wedding venue.
On the big day our wedding parties can relax and enjoy a leisurely morning getting ready in our beautiful Bridal Suite, big enough to host the Bridal party and of course plenty of opportunities for a glass of celebratory champagne with friends and family prior to making a grand entrance into your chosen ceremony room.
The Georgian Mill House and adjacent cottages have been transformed into a comfortable, welcoming 21 bedroom hotel, with high speed Wi-Fi internet connection. Each uniquely appointed room is en-suite,
