At Creations Class
“What little boy asked the question, ‘Has Jesus got a boat?” Puzzled faces
started wondering when the teacher asked this question.
“How do we get answers to our questions?” By pushing play and hearing
what our prophet has to say!
The students listened intently as they heard the quote from 59-0423.
Enthusiastically, they knew THAT little boy!
Then they transitioned into the lesson that Jesus, “…may have had to
borrow a boat to preach in but He is the Captain of the old ship of
Zion.” And a small skit was performed on the flannel-graph as our special
teacher, Brother Branham, told about a time when Jesus used a “borrowed”
boat.
We then focused on today, “When can YOU call Jesus on the scene?” and
“How can YOU call Jesus on the scene?” asked the teacher.
Many hands eagerly flew up to share some testimonies in answer to
those questions.
When class came to a close, each student left carrying a boat, twelve
apostles, and Jesus to calm the seas.

Class Name: “Has Jesus Got A Boat?”
First Quote Answer to “Has Jesus Got A Boat?”
“……… My little boy, Joseph. The other day before we left home... He's just about three years old. You remember him... The Lord promised him to me six years before he come. And so... And then the next one was born well, the doctors said there could be no more born; it was a girl came. So a lot of people called me up and said, "Billy, the vision meant Josephine, not Joseph." I said, "No, it meant Joseph." The doctor our home doctor there, he said, "Just impossible. The woman can never have another baby." I said, "She'll have one more." So I said, "God promised Joseph, and Joseph's coming." So when this little fellow was born, they said, "Is this Joseph?" I said, "I don't know. But Joseph is coming." So when the nurse that morning said, "Reverend Branham?" I said, "Yes, ma'am." She said, "You got a fine, seven pound three ounce boy." I said, "Joseph, you been a long time getting here. Daddy's glad to see you." I was thinking maybe Billy, my boy would be a minister, but looks like he isn't. And I asked the Lord to give me someone to hand this Book to after He's finished with me on earth. I hope to put it in the hands of Joseph as a servant of the Lord. Now, he was laying on the--the little duofold (I think you may call it here, Chesterfield.) the other morning; I was trying to make him keep quiet, 'cause I was... I felt that maybe a vision was coming on. And he went over and laid down on the--the duofold, and was looking up at a painting of Jesus I have on the wall. And he was to kinda little fellow talking to himself, he says, "Has Jesus got a boat?" And that give me a text. And then I just picked up my pen and begin to sketch off a few little things that I want to have, won't be able to get. I've never preached on it yet. But that's true. When He was here on earth, He was so poor, He had not a place to lay His head, and He... When He went to preach the gospel, He had to borrow a boat to preach it from. But He's the Captain of the old ship of Zion.”

Quotes: Four quotes to tell the story in the Scripture - pause between the quotes to explain
64-0319 Calling Jesus On The Scene
Part 1 – Disciples and Jesus sailing “102 And what a secure feeling it must have been, to those disciples, to know that the very Creator, that had thoroughly identified Himself to be that Person, was sailing with them. 103 And what a blessed thought it is, what a blessed hope it is, what an assurance it is, in this dark hour at the end of world's history, to know the Creator is sailing life's solemn main with us, safely tucked in! Bombs, whatever may come, let them ride, burst, blow, whatever they want to, it makes no difference to me, I'm sailing with the Creator. What a security, while sailing these waters!”
Part 2 – Trouble sets in “107 And now, remember, they had all had this in their heart and was thinking of these things. And while sailing around on the sea, how they could be like children, as long as He was in the ship with them. 108 Now, friend, what that ought to do to us! The same identified Jesus Christ, the same Creator, the same God, is with us tonight. What a secure it--it is, what a feeling, to know that His Presence is here. 109 Now we find, right when they was having this great time, all of a sudden, trouble arose. The ship rocked, the sails blew off, the water filled the boat. All hopes of survival was gone.”
“115 Trouble Set in. And they forgot that the very One that they were talking about, the very Creator, was in the boat with them.”
Part 3 – “Calling Jesus On The Scene” “132 After these discip-... disciples found themselves at the end, it must have dawned on some of them that the Creator was still with them. 133 I hope it does that to us, tonight, for Hebrews 13:8 says He's the same. 134 Then what did they do? They awakened Jesus. "Go wake-a Jesus. Wake Him, call Him on the scene!" He is very easy called. They had seen, seen so many things that God had done, and--and--and the Words a vindicating Him. So have we. And He was not hard to be called into action. 135 They woke Him up, and said, "Do You... carest Thou not that we perish?"
Part 4 – Jesus answers “149 He was a man, out here in this boat that night, when He was out on the sea, where ten thousand devils of the sea swore they would drown Him. That little old boat tossed about like a bottle stopper out there on the stormy sea. He was a man, tired, sleeping. But when they awakened Him and called Him on the scene, He put one foot upon the brail and looked up, and said, "Peace, be still," and the winds and the waves obeyed Him. That was more than a man. That was God.”
Questions to ask: Who asked, “Has Jesus got a boat?” Who is Brother Joseph’s daddy? Who is the Captain of the old ship of Zion? “Has Jesus got a boat?” When can we call Jesus on the scene? How do we call Jesus on the scene?
