Located on the Clarence River, near the Port of Yamba on the North Coast ofNSW, the Harwood Marine Precinct is a 22.8 hectare greenfield site zoned IN4Working Waterfront to support Marine manufacturing.

Marine manufacturing is identified as a critical “engine of growth” and key driver for the local economy.

A brand new NSW Government funded access road is being constructed, with completion due in July 2020, and the site has anestablished 4000 tonne slipway and 55 metre deepwater wharf already in place. The site is also 4 kilometres from the PacificHighway.
