Final notice about Harbridge International School

This is to inform all the honorable board members that due to some unavoidable situation which was beyond our jurisdiction it is decided that this new venture will be closed in an amicable way.

Since the ownership was divided equally and so the liability should be borne accordingly and here are the tentative ins and outs from our account and all the expenses are mentioned separately.

From the Bank statement we have 17,63500 taka expenses plus 1000,000 (Ten lac) taka initial deposit plus 460,000 taka expenses which is included in a separate paper.

So our total expenses are 3223,000 taka divided by 12 equals 268,583 taka per head. Since Brig. Gen. Zahed sir and Mr. Monowar informed us in advance that they can’t be with us so they are excluded in paying the extra amount.

We ten members should contribute 2,83000 taka (Two lacs eighty three thousand taka per head)
