OUR STORY

Between bright yellows and not so subtle pastels;

between radical and conservative; between geometric and

floral- somewhere between the 70s and 80s Royale Touche

was born.

It was the turn of the decade. It was 1978 to be precise when 4

brothers Ashwin Patel, Arvind Patel, Dinesh Patel and

Jitendra Patel caught on to the entrepreneurial wind that

was, at the time, blowing through Gujarat. Their enterprise

of choice: Laminates. But not just any laminate- they

were laminates that would change the way India looked

at laminates.

This technicoloured dream was first established in Wadhwan

City with Royale Touche's first manufacturing unit.

And when the machines started rolling, they made the

country's first luxury laminates. Suddenly the laminate was

no longer just an economical, hard-wearing background.

The brothers created laminates that had texture, unparalleled

designs and most importantly; character.

It was a start-up built on two simple rules:

Touche Luxury Laminates offers some of India's finest high

pressure and compact laminates. It delivers better finishes,

better flexibility and better designs. With our Luxury

Laminates, our endeavour is to bring newness and positive

change to everyday life. One way of doing this is by

introducing a new product every 4 days. Our laminate

products are conducive to both vertical and horizontal

applications including furniture, laboratories, medical

instrumentation, bathroom cubicles, exterior façades, and

outdoor furniture. They also perform exceptionally well in

high traffic areas such as hotels, office spaces, healthcare

institutions, retail and commercial spaces. Product ranges

have also been developed around special performance

properties including chemical-resistance, fire, stain and wear

resistance.

Royale Touche has 6 press automated facilities across Gujarat

including 5 in Ahmedabad and 1 at Surendranagar. Each is a

world-class facility equipped with imported machinery from

Spain and Italy.

Products are created with imported design papers made from

highly stable and resistant pigments which guarantee

longevity and ensure that the product looks great after years

of wear and tear.

Each factory maintains a stock of 1500 SKU in order to

maintain a 48-hour delivery promise.

PORTFOLIO:

Our high pressure laminates are available in more than 600

designs and in over 45 realistic textures.

Each design is available in 3 convenient sizes: 8x4,

10x4.25, 12x6

Finishes include Woodgrain, Solids, Abstract, Textures

Royale Touche Aluminium Extrusions offers an extensive

range of aluminium profiles with applications in almost every

industry including electronics, lighting, automotives,

telecommunication, electrical conduction, cryogenics,

Aluminium is the most widely used metal after iron today. It

is the most abundant metal in the earth's crust. It is also

100% recyclable. It provides cost-effective, corrosion-

Our high quality, customized solutions come with efficient

service and prompt delivery. A highly trained technical

Our aluminium extrusions are manufactured at a 3 press state-

of-the-art facility equipped with a 10 ton foundry that uses

regenerative hot top casting technology.

The facility follows stringent quality management systems:

raw material is carefully selected and acquired from only the

finest sources, the entire manufacturing process is supervised

by high-calibre professionals with decades of experience, the

finished product is then put through several physical,

chemical and metallurgical tests to ensure that only the finest

products reach you.

PORTFOLIO

Our aluminium extrusions are available in a number of alloys

including 6060, 6061, 6082, 6351, 6063, 1050, 1070,

and 3013.

We supply mill finished, cold drawn, anodized and powder

coated extrusions.

Our portfolio includes standard extrusions, hardware,

products for structural glazing as well as extrusions for

industrial uses including motor body, electrical, modular

not every day that you change the floor of your home. Floors

are meant to last a lifetime. The floor is the most used and

abused part of your house. It has to bear the brunt of skids,

scratches, stains and collisions.

Royale Touche Vitrified Tiles is the perfect flooring solution

for home use. It is designed around everyday domestic needs.

It withstands high traffic, wear and tear and scratches

without losing that great look or finish.

Our range consists of soluble salt tiles as well as nano

technology and double charged tiles. These include

breathtaking ranges of floor tiles, kitchen tiles, bathroom

tiles, elevations tiles and parking tiles. Each range is designed

to match almost any interior or exterior theme or design.

They not only add to the decor of an environment but also

deliver exceptional durability.

QUALITY IN THE MAKING

Our tiles are manufactured at a facility spread across 12 acres

in the outskirts of Morbi, Gujarat which accounts for 60% of

India's ceramic tile production.

The facility is equipped with the latest technology from

Sacmi, Italy. It has 2 Press Lines of 5000 tons each capable of

producing over 8000 square meters of high quality ceramic

vitrified tiles per day.

The facility produces vitrified tiles with multi-charge and

nano finish technology to give you complete floor and

wall solutions.

Our vitrified floor and wall tiles are available in a maximum

size of 800 mm x 800 mm, Digital Wall Tiles are available in

sizes up to a maximum of 300 mm x 900 mm while glazed

vitrified tiles (GVT) are available in a maximum size of 800

Royale Bond is a highly specialized range of adhesives suited

for decorative laminates, wood and other industrial uses. It is

a product developed with decades of understanding and

expertise in the furnishing industry. Laminates and wood are

extremely versatile mediums. They need to be applied on a

variety of areas including vertical, horizontal or curved

surfaces. Their application requires a lot of skill and

proficiency and therefore a specialized, high-performance

adhesive.

PERFORMANCE IN THE MAKING

Royale Bond adhesives are manufactured at a world-class

manufacturing facility in the outskirts of Ahmedabad city.

It manufactures various Synthetic Adhesives with a

production capacity of 800 tons per month.

for applications like BOPP tape glue, textile finishing/binder

It produces Prelaminated boards with MDF, Bagasse and

The facility has the manufacturing capacity of 50,000

Prelaminated Boards per month with sizes ranging from 8 x 4

feet to 9 x 6 ft

The unit uses Automated Board Handling Systems that

minimize handling damages and chipping, ensuring that you

get a flawless final product
