Thank you Lady Eagles for a

Great Season

Kona Ice Day is this Friday, September 25 from 1:30-2:30. Please be sure to send

cash or a debit card (if you are that trusting..haha) for your child to be able to

make a purchase of a special treat. Anywhere from $3-$7 is the price range.

Our first Family Movie Night is almost here! Please plan to join us this Friday,

September 25 to watch "Night at the Museum", rated PG. The movie is free, but

we will have concessions available for purchase ranging from $1-$2 per item. We

will also be collecting a Love Offering on behalf of Lesley Coppola's family. Her

school ties run deep with us as she is a fellow alum and a former teacher at

Heirway. She also is mother to a second grader currently in attendance at HCA

and to a preschooler. The collection will be gifted to the family to offset expenses

incurred during her ongoing medical treatments to combat colorectal cancer. We

are all about loving and blessing others within our Heirway family.

If you are unable to attend, you may still send a gift donation on various cash

apps using the account [email protected] on Paypal, Venmo or Zelle

anytime that will be given to the family.

The Tuition Credit Raffle is still going strong! Please don't miss out on

your chance to earn a Tuition Credit for April 2021! Tickets are only $20

each. Return the order form with cash, check or make your payment online on

the HCA portal with a credit card (3.5% convenience charge).

Thank you to the families that were able to attend our PAC Informational Meeting

this past Thursday. It is always wonderful to know that we are working together

to accomplish magnificent things for our school. If you are looking for a way to

serve or bless your child's school, we would be more than happy to help you get

plugged in! We are always in need of volunteers for our family events, in search

of special skills or talents , and connecting our families to assist one

another. We also have a multitude of opportunities available to us that the school

gets kickbacks from our everyday shopping. You may reach out to us

at [email protected] to get more information or address any questions or

concerns that you may have.

With Blessings,

Stacy Sledge and Bettina Duff

Please see the attached flyers for more

information on PAC activities.
