Happy Days Castle is designed to be constructed

from a wide selection of wood products. Basic

lumber like pine, white wood or MDF (medium

density berboard) works ne, or build it using

exotic hardwoods. The set can be sawn to

shape with just a scroll saw. No complex joints,

processes or ttings are required. The set is fast,fun and easy to create, and lots of fun!

Happy Days Castle can be nished in natural

wood tones or with non-toxic enamels. Try a

polyurethane clear-coat nish or apply color

themes with non-toxic artist’s acrylics coated

with polyurethane clear. Spray nishes are

an option. Krylon offers a selection of nishes

that are non-toxic and come in bright, durablecolors in both brush-on and spray applications.

Happy Days Castle is a stack-and-play set created with movable assemblies

that can be arranged in a variety of congurations and quantities. The center

tower alone makes a great play set. The addition of walls, bridge, castle ends

and castle grounds can be completed over time to make a complete castle

fortress as shown. Larger castles include multiple center towers and multiplelong and short wall sections. The possibilities are truly endless.
