The land has been regenerate into a mix development that consist of food

and leisure activity. McDonalds and Wall Climbing Centre has been

proposed to benefits the local people and state government especially in

enhancing state income and local public space. Current parking area has

been enhanced to accommodate future user of the area together with

proper vehicle and pedestrian system. Green elements around the area

enhances the natural setting while providing shades, and comfort to the

users while reducing the urban heat.
