Floor Routine

Level 2 (USSA Level 1)

1. Stand on L leg, R leg bent with toes pointed on floor behind L leg, knees together. Arms bras bas (down). Lift arms fwd (1st), upwards (5th), open sideways (2nd). Lift R foot to L knee, knee fwd. Lift arms upward at the same time lift on toes of L foot. Close R foot to L foot (punch) stretch jump arms upward and open sideways.

2. STEP FWD R, ARMS 2ND LIFT L LEG IN FRONT IN ATTITUDE, R ARM MOVES DOWNWARD, FWD TO UPWARD. STEP FORWARD L, ARMS 2ND LIFT R LEG IN FRONT IN ATTITUDE, L ARM MOVE DOWNWARD, FWD TO UPWARD.

3. 3 running steps fwd R,L,R, feet lifted at the back arms 5th. Close L next to R arms 5th . Crouch down arms fwd, SQUAT HANDSTAND (BUNNY HOP) lower to squat arms fwd FWD ROLL TO STRADDLE SIT.

4. Bend and push R arm sideways, head turned R. Bend and push L arm sideways, head L. Close legs in front arms upwards, chest to legs (pancake) place hands on floor next to feet. Raise chest, lift arms upward and circle backward to place on floor behind hips. Lift hips to straight back support, lift L hand and at the same time 1/2 turn R to place L hand on floor to straight body front support. Head normal. With slight push of feet jump to squat, arms fwd.

5. TUCK BACKWARD ROLL TO SQUAT arms forward. Roll backward and stretch legs to lie on back with arms stretched on the floor above the head. Lift shoulders and straight legs to JACK KNIFE position. Hands placed on floor next to hips or reaching up towards feet. Return to back lying arms stretched on the floor above the head. Lift shoulders and knees to tuck sit position. Tuck roll backward to candle stick, arms stretched on floor. Roll forward to standing, arms forward upward to sideways.

6. Step forward L kick straight R leg forward arms 2nd . Step forward R kick straight L leg forward arms 2nd . Step forward L kick R leg high in front arms upward CARTWHEEL R, with ¼ turn inward to lunge on L leg arms upward.

7. Bend and push R arm fwd. Bend and push L arm fwd to cross R arm. ¼ turn to toe standing with feet 2nd position arms bent and push to 2nd . Step sideways R, step L crossed behind R foot.
