Volume controls volume of the hand/head set also controls ringer volume while handset is on the hook

Press “volume” button to hear sample ring level. Press plus to in-crease and minus to decrease

To change ring type press “settings”

“User preferences” is selected press “select” softkey

“Rings” is selected so again press “select” soft key

Highlight the option you want and press select scroll through the options using the navigation buttons

To change brightness press settings and select the “user preferenc-es”, then using navigation button highlight “brightness” and press “select.”

Press “up” or “down” to select desired intensity.

When ringing the phone will display a blinking light on the call button

To answer lift handset press the “flashing line” or the answer soft key.

If a second call comes in while on the first a separate window will display show the caller ID. Press the “call” button to accept the new call while placing the first call on hold

To predial, dial the number without lifting handset then press “dial”

To redial, press the “redial” soft key or press navigation buttons to see recent calls

To speed dial, press “speed dial” buttons

To use abbreviated dial, enter abbreviated dial code and press “abbreviated dial” soft key

To put a call on hold press the “hold” soft key. The hold icon ap-pears and the line button flashes green

To resume the call, press the flashing green button or the “resume” soft key.

To transfer a call, press the “transfer” soft key the enter in the re-cipients number. Once it rings press transfer again

To redirect all incoming calls to a specific number, press the “call forward all” soft key, enter the number to forward the calls to, or press the “messages” button to forward all calls to voicemail

To cancel, press the “call forward all” button again (note you may have to press more first).

To send a call directly to voicemail, press “idivert” while incoming or on the line

To connect multiple callers while on a call, press the “conference” soft key and enter the phone number once ringing press “confer-ence” again to join. Repeat as needed for additional participants

To combine two calls, select the call on hold and press the “join” soft key. (note you may have to press more first)

To see who is on a conference call, select the “conference list” soft key
