Warranty on HandsetInnocom would provide warranty of One (1) year on the Feature Phone from the date of its activation against any manufacturing defect, including 6 (Six) months for battery and charger from the date of activation. The aforesaid warranty period shall be in strict compliance of the warranty policy of Innocom and same would be notified from time to time.
Inaugural o�erstAll handsets activated on or before 21 of July, 2021 would be entitled for a swap unit in case of any manufacturing defect detected
(DAP Dead After Purchase) within 120 days of activation subject to the warranty policy of Innocom.
