How often do you wash your hands? Do you know how to properly wash

your hands? If not, you are in the right

presentation!

Your skin is the first line of defense against harmful germs!

Good hand washing can help prevent the spread of illness!

Facts

1. Wet your hands with warm water.

2. Apply soap to hands

3. Rub hands together until soap lathers on skin Make sure to rub in between fingers,

under nails, and on both sides of your hands for no less than 15 seconds

5 Easy Steps

4. Hold your hands under the running water pointed down towards the sink making sure to remove all soap suds.

5. Dry your hands with a paper towel and then turn of faucet with the paper towel.
