Designed for safe, effective use underwater, the Cox Submarine Gun can instantly, and without any previous preparation of the plate, drive special steel alloy threaded bolts into steel plate up to one inch thick. The gun is easily handled, will operate at any depth to which a diver can descend and performs without recoil to the operator. The procedure of loading and firing is very simple and easily learned. Speed of working is dependent only on keeping the operator supplied with loaded barrels. The lengthy and costly business of drilling, threading and bolting by norrnal methods is replaced by this most effective process. Bolts can be immediately and rigidly secured in the structure with strengths considerably in excess of the mild steel bolts usually employed. Bolts are available for a wide variety of applications. With equal ease and speed,

holes can be instantly created in steel plate up to 3/4" thick by using the Cox Punch Bolt. Hollow bolts, incorporating a seal removable from the operating side of a structure, can be driven into steel plate up to l" thick, instantly providing a means of supplying air for breathing, compressed air for lifting, or the introduction of wires for electrical circuits, to otherwise enclosed spaces. A higher-load M20 bolt is also available for increased strength over the standard bolt. Other applications include rapid attachment of steel plate patches, wooden patches and the construction of cofferdams. The ID04 is Stanley's lightest and most compacthydraulic impact wrench. Its maximum torque outputof up to 450 ft lbs [600 NM] gives the ID04 morethan enough power to drill through the toughest salt cured or creosoted wood.Stanley incorporates a rugged swing hammermechanism and many other features not found in anyother hydraulic impact wrench. Square corner cut capability is inherent because the DS11 is a chain saw. It cuts square corners without over-cuts and the labor and expense of corner drilling and patching. Plunge cut capability of the DS11 allows quick cutting of window, door, conduit and duct openings in walls and notching and trimming of concrete pipe. HYDRAULIC CORE DRILL CD 07

The CD07 core drill is a Stanley DL07 modifiedwith a water swivel attachment enabling the use ofcore bits. As the CD07 can be run from a very widehydraulic flow range (11-38lpm) it can cope withcoring diameters ranging from 20mm through to125mm. Because the tool incorporates a waterflushing system it can be run with either wet ordry cores.


The Hopkins CD07 Core Drill is an adaptation of the Stanley DL07 Drill which is suited to the most arduous oftasks for core drilling into a range of materials from masonry to reinforced concrete. As the unit comes supplied with the original 3-Jaw, 13mm capacity chuck, it is a very easy to revert the unit back to the DL07 for tasks such as wood and metal drilling.

It also features instant reverse for high reliability and efficiency in all types of drilling applications. Asthe CD07 can be run from a very wide hydraulic flow range (11-38lpm), it can easily cope with coringdiameters ranging from 20mm through to 125mm. It also incorporates a water flush system, although this unit can be run with dry coring bits.

Dual-position Assist Handle on all models provides increased control and performance on toughdrilling jobs. The oversized feathering trigger and its insulated handle coating provides better control ofdrill speed and increased operator comfort, better grip and reduced operator fatigue. The new over-sized reversing spool is protected by heavy-duty wiper seals. These wiper seals clean away dirt as thespool is moved. Dirt cannot get in between the spool and housing bore to create leak-causingscratches. A clean spool always runs in the housing; the dirt is left outside.

The built-in reverse-check valve prevents operating the wrench when reverse plumbed to the hydraulicsystem. Preventing reverse operation ensures a long operating life for the hydraulic seals. Coated witha thick, tough layer of foamed-plastisol, the handle transmits very little heat. The foamed plastisolgives a more comfortable grip to the tool. The forward position of the handle places more of the toolweight on your hand for better balance and control.

The cast-in lifting eye is always available, unlike screwed-in lifting rings which may come loose and fall off. The Stanley dual-spool selector is accessible under a seal plug at the rear of the tool. Setting the tool for open or closed-centre operation is as simple as opening or closing a valve. The selector is notsusceptible to moving under the vibration of use and is completely protected from accidental orunintentional access. The seal plug also protects the end of the trigger spool and dual-spool selectorfrom water and dirt.

The versatile HD25 hammer drill is ideal for just about any drilling job whether in rock, concrete, wood or masonry. Its powerful hammer function makes it easier to drill into rock, concrete, masonry and other such materials, but the hammer function can be turned off for efficient light drilling in materials such as wood and metal.

Simply install the adaptor and chuck, then use standard wood

auger bits or twist drills. This professional tool features a D-handle and large multi-positional assist handle which makes it easier to manoeuvre than a pistol drill.

This magnetic handle is designed for the limit of manual effort under normalconditions.The lift and drag ratings are as follows:

NB. The above safe working load applies only to rigid mild steel with a clean flatsurface and the following should be observed:

Steel alloys and irons may have reduced magnetic attraction.Safe working practices should be used.Contact area should be clean and flat.Pull straight and do not jerk. See maintenance instructions below. Swing handle in direction of arrow to release. Do not lift spring.

Maintenance

Keep the working surface of the magnetic handle clean and free of oil, chips, dirt, slag, welding beads etc. Wiping the surface frequently with a wire brush or shop cloth can do this.

If the work to be lifted is unusually rusty, scaly, oily or dirty, it should be cleaned prior to lifting.

It is not necessary to slam or bang the magnetic handle down on to the work to be lifted. If the pole faces become bent, battered, rounded, or out of line with each other, this reduces the amount of contact and therefore reduces the lifting power. When this happens it is advisable to grind the pole pieces to produce a clean, flat surface again.

If a heavy load is to be lifted, it is a good idea to wiggle the magnet sideways a couple of times to improve grip. If there is doubt about the suitability of the item to be lifted, it is advisable to try a test lift with a couple of pieces of paper between the magnetic handle face and the material face. If this is successful, the lift should be safe with the paper removed.
