Immediate Location

The villages of Yateley and Blackwater on each side of Pond Farm offer excellent opportunities for family pursuits such as sport, walking and riding, whilst still offering easy access for commuters by road and rail.

Located under 5 miles from the busy town of Camberley, Pond Farm enjoys access to over 15 local schools (both private and state maintained) within a 5-mile radius. Independent schools include Yateley Manor Prep, Wellington College, Eagle House, Luckley House, Lyndhurst and St Neots.

The M3 junction 4a is 4 miles away (Basingstoke direction) and Junction 4 is 3 miles away (London direction). The M4 (junction 10) is 10 miles away. Trains to London Waterloo from Fleet take 50 minutes and there are services to Paddington from Reading.

The Meadows Shopping Centre is two miles away and further extensive shopping can be found in Camberley, Basingstoke, Reading and Bracknell. The pretty North Hampshire villages of Hartley Wintney and Odiham offer independent shops, excellent pubs and restaurants along with weekly markets.
