* Lessons Learned*Functions of the TWG is much clearer now compared to previously created for the whole Inabanga CRM*Members of the TWG are forced to convene even if they know that the one who facilitated the call is just a mere casual employee without a mandate*It is really advantageous if you have a supportive LAP Supervisor/Mayor*There is a need for me to become an organic *The Sea Bank approach is much appropriate when marketing coral reef management

* Target Audiences and its Desired BC

1. Fishers including Ornamental fish collectorsno longer fishing within the Sea Bank no take zone (NTZ). vigilant in passing intelligence about intrusions through

community watchdogs2. Women and the community

A well gender balance representation of Hambongan community that are highly involved in management, M & E of HSB

and are willing to support expansion of the Sea Bank3. Outsider fishers (from neighboring coastal barangays

directly fishing around the Sea Bank)no longer fishing within the Sea Bank no take zone (NTZ). vigilant in passing intelligence about intrusions through

community watchdogs

*Inform me and I’ll forget

*Teach me and I’ll remember

*Show me and I’ll follow

*Involve me and I’ll be willing to do so

*Change Me!Thank you
