over the past thirty years. Like any work of Islamic nature, p eoples face
obstacles, because in the end it is a struggle between right a nd wrong.

to official documents with regard to food and slaughter acco rding to Islamic law.

• Products that are made in Muslim countries are not necessarily Halal.
مسلمون يملكها متاجر في المباعة المنتجات•.حالل بالضرورة ليست
• Products that are sold in shops owned by Muslims are not necessarily Halal.

• Products that its components written in Arabic are not necessarily Halal.

Some believe that prohibition involves only what Muslimconsume of food but it also involve what he/she used orconsume as a drug or cosmetics and skin care products onhis/her body so as not to be the source of the forbidden.
بالد إلى الواردة اللحوم فمثالً ،الخام المواد مكونات حول الضرورية المعلومات وهي وهل حالل؟ فعالً هي فهل المحلية الشركات ألشهر لحوم منتجات لتصنيع المسلمين
!محرمة مواد مع تتالمس لم أنها أي حالل؟ المنشأ بلد في الكاملة التصنيعية تهاسلسلIt is the necessary information about the components of raw materials, for example, imported meat to Muslim
countries for the manufacturing of meat products by local companies of the most famous local
companies: Is it really Halal? Is the full manufacturing chain of these raw meats in the country of origin
Halal? That is, did it come into contact with materials forbidden! I have personally detected traces of
pork in lamb minced meat sold in one of the GCC market.

2) The confusion because of rumors or due to a spectrum of opinions issued by the scholars of
fatwa that had not seen the facts as they occur and spread among consumers and Halal
service providers.

In practice, most governments in Muslim countries and
their consumers are not serious with the Halal industry
and its services

imported Islamic countries

Therefore, we find that some slaughterhouses in the Westerncountries willing to do anything to get certificates from a Fake Halalsupervisors (i.e., they are forging Halal certificates and Halal seals),and pretend to Muslim consumers with the Halal term written inArabic.

Therefore, we find that the International Islamic Fiqh AcademyWarned Islamic countries not count much on the Halal seals signs on imported meat.
Why?Because producers in the countries of the West does not care for the requirements of
Islamic law.
ختمها بوضع عربية أو خليجية دول سفارات قيام المزعجة األمور ومن
دون الشهادة على الموجودة األختام بصحة تشهد الحالل شهادات خلف
.ةالشهاد بمحتوى مسؤولية أي تحملIt is indeed disturbing that the embassies of the Arabs or the Arab Gulf
states put behind Halal certificates their stamped declaring the
authenticity of the seals on the certificate without incurring any
responsibility for the content of the certificate.
شهادة ذبح إسالمي وعلى ظهرها ختم سفارة عربية أو إسالمية تشهد بصحة الختم الموجد على الشهادة وأن السفارة غير

The seal of an Arab Embassy or of an Islamic country is on the back of
Halal slaughtering certificate witnessing the authenticity of seal on the certificate with a statement that said: the embassy is not responsible for the
contents of that certificate.
In conclusion, the embassy here does not mean that the meat covered by a certificate is Halal

The existence of an administrative decision in some countries of the Cooperation Council for Gulf Arab states stating: it is necessary that importer put the word “Halal" on the packaging of meat products and the words "beef" or "fish" on the packaging of products containing gelatin,
of course with a certificate from the issuing company from the country of origin!! So as to allow entry of these products to this country in the Gulf and these statements are taken to be
Halal.These statements and testimony may be misleading.... Why?

Because in most of these cases and in other similar cases these
statements and certificates have not been verification by a third party

Some manufacturers of famous chocolate brands in the world focus on writing
out the source of some of the components as of vegetable origin, which is good,
but this claim also needs to be confirmed by a third party.

But what about the other hidden components, that is allowed by law to
be added and not be written by the country of origin such as gelatin,
other food additives of animal origin, and alcohol!

Did you know that orange juice is filtered in some factories in the world
in the countries of the West by animal gelatin (bovine, or pig), but does
not write this hidden component on the food label.
كلمة ثم بعد ذلك تستغرب لماذا يكتب على عصير البرتقال
حاللAnd then you may be surprised why do they writes the word Halal on
orange juice
الدهون من خالي المنتج أن :التالي اإلدعاء يكتب وعندما قد أيضاً ألنه ،حالل المنتج أن بالضرورة يعني ال الحيوانية
يحتاج كما معلنة، غير محرمة خفية مكونات على يحتوي .تؤكده معتمدة إسالمية جهة إلى اإلدعاء
And when the following allegation is written: the product is free of animal fats
does not necessarily mean that the product is Halal, because it may also
contain undeclared hidden forbidden components. The allegation also need a
third part (Accredited Muslim body to confirm it).

.والنباتيين الكوشرBecause there is a kosher wine, a vegetarians wine, andthere is also a kosher pig gelatin that may enter vegetariansand kosher diets.

.حالل أنها نقول بأن تكفيThe word kosher or 100% vegetarian on meals on flights isnot enough to say that it is Halal.

Pure Vegetable feed is not enough.

before slaughter.

Western Australia.

In some cases, Halal services is being offered by a group claimed to be Muslim, and by virtue of Islam are not
Muslims.

the raw ingredients of the product.

make sausage or hamburger in the Gulf country it isallowed to write on the product label: Made in that Gulfcountry and not in Australia and it is taken by theconsumer that the slaughter is done by the Gulf country,while the meat comes from slaughtered and stunnedcow in Australia.

Then think with me: Does Britain grown tea? Thenwhy is said English tea?

العصائر؟And isn’t there a Mango juice made in a Gulf state? Where
did the mango comes from? Will any of the Gulf Statesgrow mango on a mass scale for the manufacturing ofmango juice?

يعني حتى اإلنتفاع ال يجوزIt was narrated that Jabir bin Abdullah, may Allah be pleased with him: thathe heard the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him at the year of theconquest of Mecca he said: "Allah and His Messenger have forbidden thesale of alcohol, and dead, pork and idols. " It was said, O Messenger ofAllah, what do you think of fat of dead animals (i.e. of eaten meat), theyapplied to the ships, and varnishing the hides, and used as a source oflighting for the people? He said: “No. It is forbidden“.
Even utilization is forbidden

And the employees that work in the departments of censorship in the
country of import and the staff that work with Halal service providers in
the country of export, are not qualified to make conformity of Halal
requirements in the products that require Halal control.

of the workers in those positions, whether in the country of
export or in the country of import have came to those
positions for the sake of a job and salary only.

You see delegations of Muslim countries with the task of formulating
Halal standards or to make sure the Halal requirements for slaughter is
fulfilled in the West and after a thorough study of the personality of
these delegations we find that they are not qualified in this area, but
some are not even religiously qualified to carry this trust.
ال يوجد توافق بين الوسائل المستخدمة قبل أو بعد الذبح أو متطلبات مع دول الغرب في مسالخ المصانع و التصميم الهندسي للويرجع ذلك إلى في التصنيع الغذائي أو الذبح الشريعة اإلسالمية
:سببينThere is no compatibility between means of stunning before or
after slaughter or the engineering design of factories or
slaughterhouses in the Western countries with the
requirements of Islamic law of food manufacturing or
slaughtering and this is due to two reasons:

This can be corrected by contracting with Accredited Islamic organizations that
reside permanently in the place of production to make sure conformity with
Halal standard by introducing simple technical modification in the design of
such facilities.

At higher stunning frequencies (1500Hz)chickens recover back to clear signs of lifeafterslaughtering (after 57 seconds)**.

The beginning of the process of electrical water bath stunning to its end is 11 seconds,and from the end of the electrical water bath stunning to the beginning of slaughteringwith the first slaughter man is 4 seconds.

But the slaughtering process of stunned chickensis faster than the time chickens recover back toclear signs of life at the high frequencystunning.

Many visitors to slaughterhouses were shown that stunned birds
do go back to life if left for a period of time, then they conclude
wrongly that if stunning did not lead to death then the stunned
chickens where live at the time of slaughtering.

called Mawqoozah, i.e. they do not have a stable life after
stunning or they do not have signs of life at the time of

Cardiac Arrest القلب توقفInducing cardiac arrest at the point of electrical stunning has welfare advantages(but is not a prerequisite) in chickens, because a delay between the end ofstunning and neck cutting and the efficiency of neck cutting become less important.If cardiac arrest is induced at stunning, it results in cessation of the supply ofoxygenated blood to the brain. This effect would certainly eliminate the potentialproblem of resumption of consciousness. When a 50 Hz AC with sinusoidal waveform is used, the current necessary to induce cardiac arrest in 99% of chickens is148 mA per bird (Gregory and Wotton,1987). More recent research into theelectrophysiology of chickens also shows that a current of greater than 120 mA isrequired to induce cardiac arrest and also abolish SEP following stunning in themajority of birds (Gregory and Wotton, 1990a)

Between 1974 and 1978 Schulze and his colleagues carried out a study at the School ofVeterinary Medicine, Hannover University in Germany. Indeed, according to the study "these experiments on sheep and calves carried out within a clinicshow that during a ritual slaughter, carried out according to the state of the art using hydraulicallyoperated tilting equipment and a ritual cut, pain and suffering to the extent as has since longbeen generally associated in public with this kind of slaughter cannot be registered."
