Sirius Elektronik olarak, yüksek teknolojiye sahip makine parkımız ve eğitimli elemanlarımız ile elektronik üretimin her aşamasında hizmet veren bir yan sanayi kuruluşuyuz.

Elektronik üretimin, tasarım desteği, malzeme temini, SMD dizgi, TH dizgi, test, koruyucu kaplama, mekanik montaj, kablolama, kutulama ve paketleme süreçlerini karşılayan hizmet yelpazemiz ile gerek baştan sona tüm üretim, gerekse talep edilen belirli aşamalarda üretimler gerçekleştiriyoruz.

Electronic Manufacturing Services

PCB, Stencil and Electronic Components Procurement, Inventory Management and Planning, PCB assembly with SMT and THT lines, Testing, Conformal Coating, Cable Assembly, Device Mounting, Final Test, Labelling and Packaging are the services we provide. You can get full turn-key production providing us the Bill of Material, or contract us to provide a consignment assembly using your components, or combine both.

The whole process is done in ESD protected environment and according to IPC standarts.

We analyze bill of material, design for manufacturability and testability to maximize the yield and quality. Following the documentation review, that BOM file, PnP file and gerber file is compared, by close communication, immediate feedback, and rapid respons we prepare the Production File for your assembly. The

Production File accompanies all processes during production and it turns into a report for traceability of that production batch. We note and document all revisions made before and during production to create a consistent and repeatible Production File for next production batch.

SMD dizgi hizmetimiz, üretim için bize aktarılan bilgilerin kontrolü ve düzenlenmesi ile başlar.

Kontrol edilmiş ve onay alınmış yerleşim koordinatları ile dizgi programlanması yapılır. Sayımı ve giriş kalite kontrolleri yapılmış malzemeler dizgi için hazırlanır.

Dizgiden çıkan ilk panelin kontrol ve onayının ardından üretime devam edilir.

Tüm süreçler bütünüyle ESD ortamlarda, IPC standartlarına uygun olarak ve kalite standartlarımız çerçevesinde izlenerek yapılır.

TH dizgi hizmetimiz, üretim için bize aktarılan bilgilerin kontrolü ve düzenlenmesi ile başlar. Kontrol edilmiş ve onay alınmış yerleşim referansları ile üretim süreçlerine karar verilir.

Sayımı ve giriş kalite kontrolleri yapılmış malzemeler için gereken bacak kesimi, önceden şekil verme işlemleri yapılıp dizgi için hazırlanır.

Elle lehimleme işlemleri eğitimli ve uzman elemanlarımız tarafından uçtan ısıtmalı dijital havyalarla, üretim talebine göre kurşunlu veya kurşunsuz lehimle yapılır.

Dalga lehimleme işleminde ise, manuel dizgi ekibimizin otomatik konveyörlerde dizdiği kartlar dalga lehim makinemizden geçirilir.

We decide the production process among preforming the components, top and bottom side assembly, manuel soldering and wave soldering, combining the needs of production and the customers’ requirements.
