Giving you a glimpse of the comfort and luxury while travelling with us would include your stay in Mina with Split Air condi�oners in every tent, irrespec�ve of the package chosen by you. All our tents are near Jamraat and to make you transporta�on even more comfortable and easy wehave VIP Luxury busses that accommodate 50 pilgrims (all si�ng).

In Arafat, we have Air Condi�oned European Tents that are plush and spacious, with designatedbathrooms in VIP tents. Every package consists of European tents made of PVC making your stayhassle - free and relaxing.

Addi�onal Info:We accommodate all the males and females in our group separately in Mina & Arfaat.Unless it is one family or group of rela�ves that occupies the whole tent in Mina as per thereconvenience & request.

Each Tent consists of 4 Quarters, each quarter can accommodate maximum of 18-20 pax,to obtain equal division of tents between the number of male and females pilgrimswe have to some�mes adjust the size of tents accordingly to accommodate them.

* On Booking - Rs 100,000/-* Before Ramzaan 50% of the total tour amount.* 14 days prior to departure or no show full amount will be charged.* Once Hajj Visa is issued, Zero Package refund policy applies.

Special Notes:

* All booking are on tenta�ve basis, subject to Alloca�on of Hajj Quota. Final Confirma�on to be given a�er alloca�on of Haj Quota by Government of india.

* Prices are fixed and non - nego�able. All prices quoted are per person based on USD @ Rs 70/- and �cket average Calculated @ Rs 65,000/- Any increase in the same shall be borne by the pilgrim. The USD component and the INR component in the package shall be advised at the �me of booking.

* Service in Mina and Arafat are governed by the Saudi government and subject to change without prior no�ce.

* Services like, loca�on of Tents, A�ached Bathroom Tents, Sofa Beds, etc. can be recalled any�me, even on the day of stay in Mina.

* For Booking, a Ini�al deposit of Rs 200,000 per person is required out of which Rs 100,000 will be non refundable except for Non Shi�ing Package where Rs 200,000 is non refundable. Balance shall be payable as per terms agreed.

* Addi�onal service can be obtained on demand like VIP Tents, Haram View rooms, junior Suites, Senior Suite, Qurbani, Wheel Chair escorts, priority handling at jeddah airport etc. prices for Addi�onal service shall be advised upon request.

* All stated dates and i�neraries are provisional and subject to confirma�on at the �me of booking, dates may vary plus/ minus a day or two on account of factors like, the Hijri Calendar dates, flight allotments etc. in the event of change in Hijri Calendar dates, accommoda�on may be provided at any available Hotel and not necessarily those listed on your contract, thus accommoda�on may be given in hotel men�oned or similar category may be given.

* Repor�ng �me for Haj flight, Indian airport is 5 hour before the flight departure and for Saudi airport in 8-10 hours before departure.

* Standard free baggage allowance in economy class is 2 pieces of luggage of maximum 23 kg. each excess baggage will a�ract addi�onal charges by the airline.
