![Page 7: Haiti presentation final](https://reader035.vdocuments.mx/reader035/viewer/2022070314/554d9f70b4c905fa7a8b45c0/html5/thumbnails/7.jpg)

![Page 8: Haiti presentation final](https://reader035.vdocuments.mx/reader035/viewer/2022070314/554d9f70b4c905fa7a8b45c0/html5/thumbnails/8.jpg)
Problems caused by
the earthquake...
![Page 9: Haiti presentation final](https://reader035.vdocuments.mx/reader035/viewer/2022070314/554d9f70b4c905fa7a8b45c0/html5/thumbnails/9.jpg)
Due to the high number of deaths, many bodies were left on the streets and later had
to be put in mass graves
![Page 10: Haiti presentation final](https://reader035.vdocuments.mx/reader035/viewer/2022070314/554d9f70b4c905fa7a8b45c0/html5/thumbnails/10.jpg)
The bodies increased the risk of disease

People who had nothing have been left with even
less

What will the future be like for Haiti?
Rainy season
orphansAt least 200,000 Haitians have lost at least one limb
A generation
of amputees
Increases risk of Malaria
Putting their country back together – but with what resources?
Problems with rehabilitation
![Page 19: Haiti presentation final](https://reader035.vdocuments.mx/reader035/viewer/2022070314/554d9f70b4c905fa7a8b45c0/html5/thumbnails/19.jpg)
Why should we help?
The survivors of the earthquake need our help and need money for:
food water shelter
How many of these things do we take for granted?
What if this happened in Spain?
Charities helping Haiti have had some success stories……
![Page 20: Haiti presentation final](https://reader035.vdocuments.mx/reader035/viewer/2022070314/554d9f70b4c905fa7a8b45c0/html5/thumbnails/20.jpg)
What can we do?For the past few weeks at Rafecas we have been trying to raise money for Haiti.
By taking part and donating money you can help charities that are providing food and shelter.
This week´s task is “cent wars”….
-Fill everyone else´s bottle but leave your own empty
