1. Predisperse Phase A with high shear and mix for at least 20 minutes until uniform.

2. Disperse Phase B in Phase A with high shear and mix until uniform.

3. Add Phase C ingredients in the order given, using lower shear mixing.

1. Disperse Phase A using Silverson homogenising and continue to mix for 15 - 20 minutes.

2. Using a propeller stirrer, add Phase B.

5. Adjust the pH if required with Phase E.

5. Add Phase C to the mixture with high shear mixing until uniform.

6. Add Phase D to the mixture at 70 °C and mix till uniform.

7. Hot pour into the jar at 70 °C.

1. Heat Phase A to 75-80°C.

2. In a separate vessel heat Phase B to 75-80°C.

3. Add Phase A to Phase B with silverson homogenising and mix for 20 minutes.

4. With propeller stirring add Phase C.

5. Mixing on the propeller stirrer, cool the product to 35°C.

6. Below 35°C add Phase D with stirring.

1. Combine Phase A and heat to 60 - 70 °C.

2. In a separate container premix Phase B and heat to 60 - 70 °C.

3. Slowly add Phase B to Phase A with shear for 10 minutes.

4. Homogenize at 65 °C for 10 minutes.

5. Cool down to 45 °C and add Phase C.

1. Disperse Phase A with higher shear at 55 - 60 °C for 15-20 minutes.

2. In a separate container combine Phase B and mix until uniform.

4. Cool down to 60 °C and add Phase C with slow shear until uniform.
