5 Project2:Piping & Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID):
Updated P&ID of SABROE, ATLAS & GEA Compressors. Line tracing & proper tagging for identification. Updated Excel sheets of all pipes, instruments and valves etc. Made a detailed REPORT describing each step of project and learning
outcomes.
6 Project3:WWRO Pumps Control: Cable Sizing calculation Contact with Nestle vendor (Nafees Cables) and received Cable Charts. Suggested proper LT Room for supply considering cost optimization and
efficiency. Suggested proper room for VFD panel. Made a detailed REPORT describing each step of project and learning
outcomes.
7 Project4:Boilers Instruments Calibration: Learnt about calibration of instruments. Calibrated Boiler instruments i.e. Pressure transmitters, pressure gauges
& temperature transmitters etc. Made a detailed REPORT describing each step of project and learning
outcomes.
8 Project5:Online data receiving of Flow Meters: Inspected flow meters of Raw Water, Steam and Compressed Air by
tracing Profibus. Suggested place of new installed flow meters in Profibus. Differentiated between DP & PA Profibus. Checked Profibus termination. Updated excel sheet by including new installed flow meters. Made a detailed REPORT describing each step of project and learning
outcomes.
9 Utilities Area Visit:
