Write down 3 things you are grateful for each day.
Tip: You’re more likely to stick with it if you do this with a friend. Pick a friend and exchange your top 3 each day.

Meditate for 2 minutes, focusing on your breath going in and out.

Write a (brief) e-mail, text or tweet each morning thanking or praising someone.
Tip: Make a quick note each time you see someone do something praise/thank-worthy. Refer back to these notes each morning.

Exercise at least 20 minutes every

End each work day writing down one thing that made you smile/laugh. Keep the post-it on your desk the whole next day until you write a new one.
Tip: If you haven’t smiled yet today, cat videos are always a good prompt.
