Dispose used tissues after use

Regularly wash hands with soap

If you have flu like symptoms seek medical advice immediately

Keep a distance of at least 1meter from others

Stay home from work,school or crowded places

Avoid hugging, kissing and shaking hands while greeting

Troubled breathing

Not drinking enough fluids

Not waking up

And not concentrating

Being irritable

Getting better, and then getting worse

Fever with a rash

Difficulty in breathing

Or Shortness of breath

For ADULTS, …

Pain in the chest or abdomen

Sudden dizziness

Severe or persistent

Vomiting

Is swine flu treatable?

A: Yes, with the flu drugs Tamiflu or Relenza,

But Most people have recovered without treatment.

And don’t forget the most important thing…
