We had a wonderful Annual Church Easter Breakfast and service last Sunday. The men and boys of the church did a great job cooking and
serving the delicious breakfast, as well as cleaning up the kitchen. The
service was well attended with a number of visitors for which we praise the Lord!

Philippines Seminary Module Iloilo Bible Baptist Church and Theological SeminaryLa Paz, Iloilo City, Philippines – Pastor George Totica
During the week of March 26-29, 2018, the Iloilo Bible Baptist Theological Seminary received blessings from God during their module classes. Pastor George Totica, his wife Alma, and the church hosted pastors from other areas of Iloilo City and surrounding Islands, as the classes were conducted. Pastor Totica taught the Petrine Epistles in the morning session. Dr. Keith Main from Heritage Baptist Church and Theological Seminary, Endicott, NY, was graciously invited and hosted, and taught the Doctrine of Spiritual Gifts in the afternoon session. Both classes were attended by 15 students consisting of pastors and men training for the pastoral ministry. The men were engaged and
enthusiastic towards the Word of God being taught. Dr. Main was also privileged to preach the Sunday morning message at the host church for their academy graduation, the Sunday evening message at Iloilo Bible Baptist Church in Jaro (Pastor Roy Toledo), as well as the Wednesday evening message at Iloilo Bible Baptist Church in Molo (Pastor Ireneo Bugtong). It was a personal blessing for Dr. Main to have his nephew, Jacob Main from Willow Grove Baptist
Church, Waynesburg, PA (Pastor Scott Blair III), accompany him on the trip. As well, there was ample time to enjoy seeing the sights of Iloilo City, and visit Dr. Emmanuel Tanierla and his wife Elvie in their home (Garden Bible Baptist Church, Iloilo City). Pastor Totica’s wife, Alma, his family, and several ladies from the church organized and prepared delicious snacks and supper meals each day of class. The week concluded with a special supper meal, singing, testimonies, and thanksgiving to the Lord for a great time around the Word of God. Dr. Main offers thanks and praise to the Lord for all the prayers on behalf of this trip, safety, and the great fellowship with the Filipino brethren. As well, Dr. Main counts it an honor and a humbling experience to teach the Word of God to these Filipino pastors and men.

Message by Dr. Caswell A. Reeves
Lists, there are all kinds of lists: grocery lists, the dean’s list. When I was in military school there was even the privilege list, but the list you did not want to be associated with was the demerit list. That one entailed trouble. God has a list that you don’t want to be on either. [not to keep company with - mingle or mix with]
I. Because it reveals you are a bad influence (5:11) A. Fornicators - unlawful sexual behavior B. Covetous - an eagerness to have more, greedy C. Idolaters - a worshipper of idols or mammon D. Railer/reviler - contentious, causing strife - Prov.19:13 cf.27:15; 21;9,19 cf.25:24; 26:21 E. Drunkard - a drinker of alcohol F. Extortioners - an excessive grasping - an appetite for the things driving them to take what others have; they are thieves. II. Because it reveals you are going to hell (6:9-10) A. Title for the lists given: “the unrighteous” B. Shall not inherit (receive/obtain) the Kingdom of God
No! You do not want to be on this list, nor do you want to keep company or mingle with this crowd. The choice is yours - make it for the glory of God.
