Introduction

Borehole 121118-0 was drilled to a depth of 431 metres (1,414 feet) with the objective to extend mineralization discovered by BH 121117-0, which was drilled and submitted for assessment credits in 2007. The hole was geologically logged from collar to foot of hole and sampled where mineralization occurred. Borehole surveys including north-seeking gyro and UTEM-4 were also conducted.

Property Location and Access

The Longvack property is located approximately one (1) kilometre north of Coleman mine in Levack Township, Lot 3 Concession 5. The property is centered at approximately 81 ° 20' West and 46° 41' North and is located on National Topographic System reference map 41-I/ll.

Access to the property is best provided through the town of Levack and Xstrata's OnapingiCraig/Strathcona access road thereafter. From the Strathcona mill, a northeast gravel road leads to the historical Longvack Mine. A bush road provides final access to the southeast comer of the property.

Property Status

The Longvack Property is comprised of one single parcel of land with a total area of 57 ha (Figure 1). The property is patented surface and mining claims 100% owned by Vale Inco Limited and bounded to the east by the Barnet property 100% owned by Xstrata Nickel Limited and to the southeast by Vale Inco's Big Levack deposit. The exploration expenditures incurred on the Longvack property will be submitted for assessment credits and applied on a series of contiguous unpatented mining claims part of the Pike Lake Trough property.

Environmental liability

The terrain is typical rugged Canadian Shield covered by young forest. No cultural features are present on the property. Limited mineral exploration work was conducted on the property including drilling, trenching, mapping, line cutting and geophysical surveying. The Longvack property is not part of the Coleman Mine Closure Plan and no environmental liabilities are known to exist on the property.

2007 Exploration Program

Borehole 121118-0, the second and last hole of the program, was drilled from surface to a depth of 431 m (1,414 ft) between the 16th and 28th of November 2007. The hole was drilled NQ core diameter by contractor Boart Longyear with a LM75 drill rig. The location of the borehole trace with the property boundaries are presented on the drilling plan at Figure 2. A drill section showin¥ the geology and the best sulphide intersections (Ni-Cu-TPM) is presented at Figure 3 (I . Contractor Halliburton completed the memory­keeper north-seeking gyro survey on November 2ih 2007. Lamontagne Geophysics conducted the borehole electromagnetic UTEM-4 survey at a frequency of 31Hz on December 12, 2007 using two (2) different loop configurations deployed by Sheldon Fielding Services and represented at Figure 4.

The coordinate system applied for this borehole is local grid system Modified Basin System 1 (MBS 1) which uses imperial measurements (ft) for Easting, Northing and Elevation. MBS system 1 grid is oriented true north, and the origin of 400000 East, 400000 North, and 950 Elevation is located at UTM NAD 1927 Zone 17N (correction 1974) 496534.5633 East, 5149611.727 North, and 289.56 Elevation. The collar information is provided below at Table 1.

Lists of the personnel involved and expenditures incurred during this exploration program are presented in Appendix I and II respectively. The geological descriptions and assay results are provided in the geological drill log in Appendix III, which also include the north-seeking gyro data under directional information. The lists of abbreviations used in the geological drill log are provided at Table 2 to 4. The complete assay results obtained from ALS Chemex Labs facility in Sudbury, Ontario are provided in Appendix IV. Borehole UTEM-4 system specifications (Lamontagne, 1997) along with geophysical downhole profiles are provided in Appendix V. Those profiles include the axial Component Channel 1 Reduced (Hw), the sectional Component - Channell Reduced (Hs), the normal Component - Channell Reduced (Hn), the total Field Plot (Hs, Hn, Hw) and finally the Mag/Acc Calibration Plot.

Geology

The geological units described in this report are from the geological drill log of BH 121118-0 (see Appendix III) and from geological mapping by Guay (2003). There are two (2) main rock types observed on the Longvack property including Levack gneiss, which varied from felsic to mafic in composition, and Sudbury breccia (SUBX). Epidote alteration occurs in most lithologies as disseminated replacement material and as stockwork and fracture filling. Minor gabbroic and diabasic units were also observed throughout as enclaves and crosscutting dikes.

Levack Gneiss

The Levack gneiss Complex (Langford, 1960) comprises a series of Archean grey banded gneisses of granodioritic, tonalitic to dioritic composition with minor granitic and various amounts of anatectic mobilizate (Burkhard, 1984). These rocks represent more than 75% of the lithologies observed on the Longvack property and can be described as follow:

• Granite gneiss: contains between 5-35% mafic material, variable coloring from white to salmon pink, coarse grained, poorly to moderately developed gneissossity with few scattered local mafic xenoliths varying in size from few centimetres up to 30 centimetres.

• Granodiorite gneiss: most common type of gneiss on the Longvack property, contains between 35-65% mafic material, variable composition from tonalitic to dioritic, light to medium grey, medium to coarse grained, good gneissossity with few scattered mafic xenoliths ranging from a few centimetres up to 30 centimetres.

• Mafic gneiss: contains between 65-95% mafic material, almost ultramafic locally with typically well developed tight banding and granitic to dioritic zones varying from a few centimetres up to 30 centimetres and pervasive epidote alteration generally associated with dioritic bands.

Sudbury Breccia

The impact event that formed the Sudbury Igneous Complex (SIC) (1.85Ga) resulted in the brecciation of most footwall country rocks and formed a fine-grained recrystallized matrix locally called pseudotachylite or Sudbury breccia (SUBX). These rocks are randomly distributed around Sudbury and extend up to 200 km from the SIC. On the Longvack property, the SUBX forms small veins and veinlets as well as large and continuous horizons with rare scattered sulphide dissemination and stringers. They vary in colour from medium greenish grey to almost black, with variable amounts of clastslinclusions (5% up to 90%) ranging from mm up to tens of meters in size. Their composition is generally similar to the host rock with very few rounded exotic mafic fragments. The SUBX zones trend east-northeast, dip to the south at approximately 75° and can reach up to 200 m in thickness. Their surface expression has been interpreted to represent the continuity of a major brecciated slump plane containing several footwall deposits (Jeffrey, 1999).

Mineralization

No massive sulphide veins were encountered in BH 121118-0. However, minor weakly disseminated pyrite and chalcopyrite was sampled within or adjacent to Sudbury breccia and appear to be similar to the "low sulphide high PGE-Au" mineralization found in BH 121117 -0. Most of the high precious metals samples appear to be associated with weakly disseminated chalcopyrite in or adjacent to Sudbury breccia, within pegmatitic veins displaying partial melting textures or associated with epidote alteration in granodiorite.

A first zone corresponding to chalcopyrite and millerite stringers hosted in Sudbury breccia with a composite grade of 0.28%Ni, 0.74%Cu and 3.12 glt total precious metals (TPM) was obtained between 185.44 - 186.63 metres (m) depth. A series of narrower samples containing up to 3.1 glt TPM were intersected throughout in Sudbury breccia or altered granodiorite gneiss. The best PGE-Au mineralization occurred between 247.16 251.25 m and contained 0.05%Ni, 0.36%Cu, 3.70 glt TPM including a single sample grading 0.16%Ni, 1.66%Ni, 19.58 g/t TPM over 0.24 m in an altered and foliated granodiorite clast part of a larger Sudbury breccia zone.

Conclusion and Recommendation

A total of 431 metres (1414 feet) were drilled on the Longvack Lake property. Costs applied for assessment credits include drilling, assay, downhole surveys (north-seeking gyro and BHEM including loop laying), geological logging and report writing. The total amount applied, before taxes, is $62,490.15 (see Appendix II).

The hole intersected a series of typical footwall gneissic rocks of the Levack Gneiss Complex injected by Sudbury breccia. The Sudbury breccia forms veinlets and veins up to tens of metres wide and locally contains stringers and weakly disseminated chalcopyrite. Granodiorite gneiss is the predominant lithology on the property and locally grades into intermediate and mafic gneiss. Magnetic metagabbro of unknown origin and porphyritic to locally glomeroporphyritic diabase of the Matachewan diabase suite were also recognized.

Several narrow zones of weakly disseminated chalcopyrite and millerite with trace amount of secondary pyrite and pyrrhotite associated with Sudbury breccia and altered granodiorite gneiss were sampled throughout. The best composite interval appears to be located between 247.16 - 251.25 m in a large Sudbury breccia horizon and grades 0.05%Ni, 0.36%Cu, 3.70 glt TPM.

Downhole north-seeking gyro survey was completed to confirm the final trajectory of the hole. Downhole geophysical UTEM-4 survey was done off two (2) different loop configurations at high base frequency (31Hz) to measure the conductivity and assess the exploration potential around the hole. The data indicates there is no significant conductive anomaly around the hole. Additional line cutting and a surface induced polarization (IP) survey on the Webfoot and Longvack properties are recommended.
