DEVELOPMENT UPDATE

• 2011/12 – FedEx Ground – Expansion Norcross - $55 million investment• 2011/12 – Ricoh – Expansion Lawrenceville - $60 million investment • 2011/12/13 – Primerica – New Corporate HQ - $50 million investment (Rumored to be the

largest private sector office building in Gwinnett at 340,000 square feet)• 2012/13 – Mitsubishi Electric HVAC - $35 million investment 550,000 square feet (50,000 office,

training and R&D and 500,000 distribution/logistics)• 2012/13 – Retirement Center Suwanee at Old P’tree and Satellite Blvd• 2011/12 – Three apartment complexes are under way• 2011/12 – Residential Permits are up throughout the county and some of the cities• 2010 – 12 – Racetrac/Raceway are at war with QT for locations and multiple redevelopment

projects have happened across the county. (Norcross, Lawrenceville, Suwanee, maybe more)• 2010/11 – AT&T Store expands and creates a redevelopment on a portion of Mall Corners at

Pleasant Hill and Satellite Blvd.• 2012/13 – Walmart – Super Walmarts and their new stand alone are popping up everywhere

and they are redeveloping many retail centers in Gwinnett (Snellville, Norcross (Gwt Village CID), Lawrenceville, Duluth)

DEVELOPMENT UPDATE

• Panolam Industries - a wood and laminate manufacturer, signed a lease renewal for 106,531 sq

• Unisource Worldwide Inc., a firm that provides paper, packaging design, maintenance equipment and logistics solutions, leased 16,000 sq at Governors Lakes at 3091 Governors Lake Drive, Building 100 in Norcross, GA. The company’s national headquarters is nearby in the same park at 6600 Governors Lake Parkway.

• UTI Worldwide, Inc. - extended and expanded its space at Summit 100 at 1100 Laval Blvd in Lawrenceville, GA. The international supply chain solutions and management firm is now occupying the entire 346,614 square foot industrial building.

• Sports Challenge Network – has made Gwinnett County its new headquarters. The project, which has already resulted in the creation and fulfillment of 25 jobs, is anticipated to generate another 25 jobs over the next three years and the company’s headquarters’ facility is at 1862 Auburn Road, Suite 118 in Dacula. SCN specializes in creating new ways for people to connect and compete in recreational sports through social, mobile-based technology.
