Gateway Group provides industry leading consultancy support to the UK construction sector across all lifecycle stages, in all environments.

Through our four operating divisions, Gateway Project Delivery, Gateway Training & Competency, Gateway Inspection and Gateway Resourcing we take full ownership of the project delivery process for our clients, ensuring all of their needs, aims and objectives are met.

For all of our projects we implement our proven Project Delivery Management System PRODEMSTM consisting of all necessary processes and procedures required to deliver a successful project.

PROJECT DELIVERY

Our experience in managing major capital development projects enables us to manage and deliver complex solutions at any stage of the project life cycle.

The lessons we have learned, combined with our people’s knowledge and expertise, allows us to properly evaluate a project and maximise productive work processes, whilst reducing waste and cost without compromising on safety or quality.

We provide management and co-ordination support between the CDM project triumverate of client, contractor and designer teams. TRAINING & COMPETENCY

Gateway Training & Competency provides a wide range of professional and vocational training courses to UK Industry. Part of the Gateway Group and founded in 2016, Gateway Training & Competency has grown its portfolio of training services to meet the needs of the Construction Industry, employers, insurance bodies and persons wishing to undertake personal, professional development.

Gateway Training & Competency focuses on all Health, Safety, Security and Environmental training, delivering high quality, affordable training solutions.

As a group company, Gateway Training & Competency offers not just individual training but bespoke in-house training to corporate bodies. We design and deliver our training courses in house, ensuring all content is up to date and accurate, relevant and easy to understand. The majority of our courses are accredited by industry leading bodies such as the CITB and City and Guilds.

All of our instructors are professionally qualified in the fields of construction health, safety, environment and security.

Gateway Resourcing provides high quality, professional personnel to the UK Construction Industry. Whether it be an entire project delivery team or a specific individual, we are able to help.

We don’t believe in supplying just anybody; our personnel must be appropriately qualified and deemed competent through professional knowledge and experience. Every Gateway person is an ambassador and is expected to adhere to our standards, including our values; Integrity, honesty, ethical behaviour and responsibility.

All of our personnel are stringently interviewed and assessed by our ’in-house’ technical teams before joining one of our projects or our clients’ projects. Each person is provided with our in-house Health, Safety and Environmental Induction and awareness programme which gives us and our clients the assurance that everybody is aware of their personal responsibilities to themselves and to others.

Over the next decade there is predicted to be a shortfall of qualified resources in the construction sector. Gateway Resourcing alongside Gateway Training & Competency provides a reliable, fully accredited resourcing service for all sizes of projects, across a broad range of disciplines.
