Guy Joseph has been working hard on behalf of his constituents in Castries South East for the past 10 years, but his job is not yet done. “So long as there are still pockets of poverty,” he declares, “so long as parents still struggle to give their children a secondary education, or our farmers are unable to find markets for their crops; so long as there are families whose breadwinners are without work or our children are going to school hungry; so long as I have breath in my body and the people of Castries South East put their trust in me I will not rest until each one is able to realize their dreams.” Guy has proven that he can get things done and he has some exciting plans for Castries South East.
