Glove Bags werden ähnlich wie eine Glove-Box verwendet, sind jedoch wesentlich vielseiti-ger. Sie können viel schneller mit Inertgas befüllt werden und verbrauchen darüber hinaus weniger Gas. Oftmals sind sie wiederverwertbar.
HandhabungDie Handhabung ist einfach: Glove Bags werden mit den notwendigen Arbeitsutensilien durch die Einfüllöffnung beschickt, per Clip verschlossen und mit Inertgas über den Gasanschluss befüllt (die Öffnungsmaße der Tabelle wurden alle liegend ermittelt).

Glove Bag –Einfach sicher
1 Zunächst muss die Glove Bag mittels eines Schlauchs an eine Inert-gasfl asche (N2 oder Ar) angeschlossen werden.
2 Danach stellen Sie die notwendigen Utensilien (z. B. Chemikalien, Waage, Spatel …) in die Glove Bag und spülen mit dem Schutzgas.
3 Die Glove Bag wird jetzt mit einem Verschlussclip geschlossen und danach mit Argon bzw. Stickstoff gefüllt; nun kann die Arbeit beginnen.
4 Nach dem Benutzen die Glove Bag zusammenfal-ten und bis zur nächsten Anwendung aufbewahren. Und das beliebig oft bis zur Entsorgung.

orto-(Trimethylsilyl)aryl triflates: arynes under mild reaction conditions for synthesis
The use of arynes in organic synthesis has under-gone a remarkable revival over the past few years. The key to this resurgence is the use of a method for the generation of benzyne and its derivatives under mild reaction conditions. In particular, fluo-ride-induced decomposition of orto-(trimethylsilyl)aryl triflates allows the generation of arynes in high yields, under neutral reaction conditions at mode-rate temperatures. As a result, this method has proved to be extremely useful in the synthesis of natural products, the preparation of large aromatic compounds, or the synthesis of heterocycles.
