1. Please provide copy of land ownerchip document for proposedproject

Land ownership document is a part of EIA report & it is aftached as Annexure1 of the EIA report.

2. llllhen was environmentat clearance for this project in Form ! applied?Application for obtaining EC was submitted on Sth January, 2016 to theMOEF&CC, New Delhi.

3. What is the status of NOC application to GPCB for this project?NOC application has not been considered for non submission of informationreq uested. Req uest letter for reconsideration will be submitted on compilationof desired information.

4. Why baseline monitoring starGd even before approva! of TOR?During the EAC meeting for approval of TOR for the project, it was conveyedto the EAC regarding earlier start of baseline monitoring i.e. From 1"t February2016. However, EAC preferred during the said meeting that baselinemonitoring data for a period after the data of TOR presentation.

. Ambient Air: Monitoring has been carried out for period ol 22nd Feb 20j6 to 16thMay 2016 at 6 locations.

a Water:surface water: Grab sampling has been collected from 2 side of river within the study

area on 12th May,2O16.Ground water: Grab sampling has been carried out In the study area on 12th May

2016 from gram panchayat bore-well of Gyaspur and piplaj villages.o Noise:Noise monitoring has been carried out from 23'd April,2016 to 3oh April, 2016in the study area at the different locations falling within the study area.o Soil Monitoring:Soil sample has been collecte? from project siie on sth May,2016.

6. what kind of precautions will be taken for storage and transportation ofhazardous material and waste?Being a CETP project mainly for textile industries, no use of any major hazardouschemicals., except ETP treatment chemicals is envisaged in the project.The major source of hazardous wastes from the pro-posed cETp'project will be ETpsludge, which will be sent to authorized rsDF site. Dedicated hazardous waste storagearea will have roof on top and impervious flooring with proper leachate coilectionsystem.

7.what provisions will be taken into consideration to tackle the fluctuations in thepollution load and quantities, at individual member industries?To tackle the fluctuations in pollution load and quantities,each member units will have toprovide preliminary/primary treatment units iniluding holding sump to acnieve JesireoCETP inlet norms.

8. ls there any cost-benefit anarysis carried out for proposed project,s benefits vsloss of ecosystem including flora, fauna and vegetaiion?cost-Benefit analysis has not been carried out, hoiever the tangible economic benefitsof the project have been discussed under chapter-7 of the EIA
