Study of Current System
Our current court system is manual. Itmeans if any user may want to knowany dateils he has to physicaly
approach court.
It causes heavy rush at court
compound.
Current system is on paper bases.

Purpose of the System
This system will make most of procedure faster, soefficiency ( no of cases in per time) will increase.More cases can be solved.
Client can supply data online, so he can save his timeand can approach the court from home only.
It will also help judge & advocate getting schedule,
next ordering date etc online and system becomesmore flexible.
Because of this one can keep watch on courts
working scenario.

Scope
User, advocate, justice can show schedule, judgement, order date, cases progress.
User can submit data online. No one can
update anything with-out UPDATERS.

Data Dictionary For Classes
Person- This class including each live person thatinteracts with our system. He may be employee, user (whose case is running), Updater etc. Theyuse this software for knowing schedule, judgement, etc.
User- Clients are included in this class. He doeshis job by entering case no or can file a new case.
Employee- This class includes all types of
employees of court who interact with system. It canbe generalized in judge, advocate, peon, updateretc.
History-It includes data of proof & it can be
accessed by user or employee.

Data Dictionary For Classes
Every one can get data according to permission. Itcan be divide in to two types
Case history & Employee history.
Updater-Updater is one of the employees thatupdate history.
Schedule-This can be known by advocate, judge. It is updated by updetar.
Judgement- This is same as schedule.

Steps in Feasibility Analysis
Eight steps involved in the feasibility analysisare: Form a project team and appoint a projectleader. Prepare system flowcharts.
Enumerate potential proposed system. Define and identify characteristics ofproposed system. Determine and evaluate performance andcost effective of each proposed system. Weight system performance and cost data. Select the best-proposed system. Prepare and report final project directive tomanagement.

Technical Feasibility
A study of resource availability that mayaffect the ability to achieve an acceptablesystem. This evaluation determines whetherthe technology needed for the proposedsystem is available or not.
Can the work for the project be done withcurrent equipment existing softwaretechnology & available personal? Can the system be upgraded if developed? If new technology is needed then what canbe developed? his is concerned with specifying equipmentand software that will successfully satisfy theuser requirement. The technical needs of thesystem may include:

Front-end & Back-endSelection An important issue for the development of a
project is the selection of suitable front-endand back-end. When we decided to developthe project we went through an extensivestudy to determine the most suitableplatform that suits the needs of theorganization as well as helps in
development of the project. The aspects of our study included thefollowing factors.

Front-end selection:
1. It must have a GUI that assists employeesthat are not from IT background2. Scalability and extensibility.3. Flexibility.4. Robustness.5. According to the organization requirement
and the culture.6. Must provide excellent reporting features
with good printing support.
7. Platform independent.8. Easy to debug and maintain.9. Event driven programming facility.10. Front end must support some popular back
end like Ms Access.

Back-end Selection:1. Multiple user support.
2. Efficient data handling.3. Provide inherent features for security.
4. Efficient data retrieval and maintenance.
5. Stored procedures.
6. Popularity.
7. Operating System compatible.8. Easy to install.
9. Various drivers must be available.
10. Easy to implant with the Front-end.
The technical feasibility is frequently the most difficult areaencountered at this stage. It is essential that the process ofanalysis and definition be conducted in parallel with anassessment to technical feasibility. It centers on the existingcomputer system and to what extent it can support theproposed system.

Economical Feasibility
Economic justification is generally the BottomLine consideration for most systems.
Economicjustification includes a broad range of concerns
thatincludes cost benefit analysis. In this we weightthe
cost and the benefits associated with thecandidate
system and if it suits the basic purpose of theorganization i.e. profit making, the project is
makingto the analysis and design phase.
The financial and the economic questions
-

16/19
The cost to conduct a full system investigation. The cost of hardware and software for the class
of application being considered. The proposed system will give the minute
information, as a result the performance is
improved This feasibility checks whether the system can be
developed with the available funds. The Onlinevoting system does not require enormous
amount of money to be developed. This can bedone economically if planned judicially, so it iseconomically feasible. The cost of projectdepends upon the number of man-hoursrequired.

Operational Feasibility
It is mainly related to human organizationsand political aspects. The points to beconsidered are: What changes will be brought with the
system? What organization structures aredisturbed? What new skills will be required? Do theexisting staff members have theseskills? If not, can they be trained in duecourse of time? The system is operationally feasible as it veryeasy for the End users to operate it. It only
needs basic information about Windows

Schedule feasibility
Time evaluation is the most importantconsideration in the development of project. The time schedule required for thedeveloped of this project is very importantsince more development time effectmachine time, cost and cause delay in thedevelopment of other systems.
A reliable Online voting system can bedeveloped in the considerable amount oftime.
