1. Monthly Active Users is calculated by # of active individual users divided by total # of paying individual users. It includes only GuideStar.org products, including Premium and Pro Search, Charity Check, and Financial SCAN.
2. # Customers in each product category is the number of accounts we gain during each quarter. It is not a cumulative count of the number of customers we have at the time. Q1 and Q2 numbers are not available as we
moved to Salesforce in Q3 2016, which provided a more accurate customer count.
