GUIDELINES FOR REVIEWER
INDONESIAN SCHOLARS CONFERENCE SYSTEM

Guideline for Reviewer
1. You will get an invitation email from our editorial board. Then please click the register link.
2. Please fill the registration form.
3. After registration process, you will get an activation email. Click the activation link and insert the form with the
appropriate data. Check your activation email for the details.

4. Please login to our submission website.
5. Go to reviewer page and click agree button to review. Use preview button to see the manuscript on detail.

6. Reviewing confirmation email. Please finish this review process by end of the designated deadline.

7. Review Process: Please select the appropriate status for the manuscript, give some constructive comments and
upload an evaluation form. You can download the form by clicking the button below the comment box.
Please keep in mind to finish the review process by the end of the deadline. Check the submission flowchart at
end of this guidelines for the details.
8. You will get a notification email after finishing the review by clicking submit button.

9. You will need to do a second review if the manuscript status is still in revision status. Please re-do the previous
step once again, begins from the review invitation email.
10. Please try to login once again, go to reviewer page and accept review invitation.

11. You will get another confirmation email
12. Re-do the review process and finally you will get a final confirmation Email

13. You could always check the manuscript status on the reviewer page until it reaches the final state, accepted.
14. Click Preview to check the detail information of the manuscript.

15. The following figure is the whole submission process and also the typical timeline that associates with each
process. The deadlines for each process could be different for different conferences, please contact the
conferences committee for more details.
