To complete this step there must be no candidates listed in the ‘Select Step Outcome’ status. Check all candidates have been moved to one of the three statuses available in this Step. If a candidate is not to be interviewed (for example Staffing Services has since advised you the applicant is not eligible) then move the candidate to the status ‘No interview scheduled – (Unsuccessful)’ by using the red circle with a diagonal line through it on the selection bar. Move candidates to ‘Candidate Withdrawn’ if a candidate advises the panel of his/her withdrawal from the selection process at this point, by using the ‘More Actions’ and then ‘Change Step/Status’ process which has been detailed in previous modules.

You have completed the Review of ‘Interview Scheduling’ step when the number against the ‘Select Step Outcome’ status is ‘0’.
